It happens to Schalke all the time, players deciding not to sign a new contract. But when one of those players decides to join Bayern, suddenly there's clamoring.

It's so boring, and tired. Take a look at Dortmund ffs.
Where do you think Schulz, Delaney, Dahoud, Brandt, Reus, Hazard come from, to name half of their current starters?
Bought from direct competitors Gladbach, Leverkusen, Hoffenheim. Especially Gladbach is basically to Dortmund what Southampton is to Liverpool, only that Gladbach is a direct rival.

And in the last years, Bürki, Hitz, Philipp, Wolf, Toprak, Toljan, Schürrle, Castro, also players like Sokratis, Pisczek, Gündogan, all bought from smaller Bundesliga clubs.

There is no fall from grace considering he has just been playing in a team for half a season he does not want to be in. Otherwise he is undeniably world class and has been for years.

Sadly Inter of all have to have him and I have been sure of this securing of the signing since when they pursue someone hard, just like Juve, they end up getting their player.

And (as repeated many times) we could have had them 7 years ago when we paid 12 mil for Matri over him. I will never get over that omission.

That being said Romano for half a decade has been the hardest-working reporter and almost always is accurate. Di Marzio is the one who gets the reports and gives the word but this I repeat is the man behind him whilst GDM just throws a dart on the board and makes a decision on what to say.

He's basically always right.

I feel we want Eriksen only as free agent (possible but difficult) and Milan want Politano only on loan (but we want money)

Meanwhile we've reached an agreement with Giroud agent but Chelsea ask 10 mln for him despite his contract expires in June and he Is 33
I feel it has to do with bad relationship Chelsea - Conte after his sack

I always thought the Eriksen discussion was about who he signs for as free agent in summer? Didn't think he would transfer in January anyway, or do Tottenham desperately sell now? Then they left it far too late.
He can already sign a contract with Inter in January to join in July, that's why the news are there, no? And that's why Inter officials could say they didn't 'talk to' Tottenham. They don't need to.
And why would it be more difficult to do that?

Eriksen? Was never better than De Bruyne for a single second. Anyway, good player, and unless he has the same ~~depression~~metabolism disease as Götze, which is how he looks at the moment, he surely will return to be a good player once he has eft the Spurs.

latest DiFraudzio update is about Inter exchanging Vecino for Eriksen this winter because I think Spurs are more desperate to get something out of this

Only dummies allow one of their best player to become a free agent when he is in his prime years.

Haven't watched any of Celta of course, but back when Slovakia had him and Skriniar in the U21 euros he looked excellent, hyped them both together back then. I guess he did become a real player.
