Other than Man City and Tottenham no one has improved considerably. Wan Bissaka is a great signing but then you are about to spend a lot money on rubbish like Milinkovic-Savic and Maguire while losing Pogba. Not scared of Man Utd at all. Chelsea have lost Hazard and gained Pulisic, hardly impressive stuff.

Our biggest problem is that we have a bum manager who plays shitty defensive tactics so I can see another year of being CL favourites but dropping at the end. But then so do Man Utd and Chelsea

Ceballos is not an improvement on Ramsey.  He was benched by Zidane, Lopotegui, Solari and then Zidane again while barely sniffing the pitch even as a substitute during most of it.

He has no elite level skill.  He can't defend well enough to play a deep role.  He doesn't have the passing range to play CM.  He doesn't have enough of a final product to play AM.  He's a man without a position.

for me Dybala is not N°10 , he must play as SS or CF.
If he plays far , he struggles
