Just to clarify, because there seems to be some confusion: Market research showed #Juventus jerseys weren't selling well in America because they resembled the uniform used by referees in Baseball and American Football. So the change was partly due to that. https://t.co/8xIQlm2uI8

Chiesa is a bit overrated like every young Italian kid on the block but honestly won't mind him

I think Dybala + Costa(and maybe Mandzukic) out

And Chiesa + Icardi in looks very likely at this point

Need someone like Ndombele in midfield though. Should make him a priority signing.

Andrea Pirlo believes Mauricio Pochettino has ‘a Juventus identity’ and that the Bianconeri ‘need an Isco’ to win the Champions League.

Pochettino is one of the names reportedly being considered by Juve for next season after establishing Tottenham Hotspur as a top-four side in the Premier League and guiding them to their first-ever Champions League Final.

“He has a Juve identity, he’s a modern Coach who’s been in England for a long time,” he told Sky Sport Italia.

“Modern doesn’t refer to only style of play, but everything. He comes from Spanish football, he’s a collection of things.”

The former Italy midfielder was then asked about the Old Lady’s perceived failings in midfield.

“They need an Isco, in my opinion,” he continued.

“They’re on another level on Italy, but they have to win the Champions League. Allegri’s had a team in mind for several months.

“Midfield is where they need to improve. Maybe he felt he didn’t have enough quality in the middle of the park.

“Having bought Ronaldo, he didn’t know how to get him the ball to him. Midfielders are needed to go all the way in the Champions League.”
