Lord of the Rings: Gollum. An action adventure game set for a release date in 2021.

Other than that, there’s a nameless Harry Potter game with an unknown release date, and the same old speculations that there will be a new GTA for this console generation. More PS5 games will be revealed over the summer.

AC Valhalla, Starfield, Elder Scrolls VI, Godfall, FIFA 21 have all been confirmed.

Fun (not really) fact: Back in the 90s Nintendo filmed their ads in Argentina because it was cheaper. Got a few acquaintances that appeared in Pokemon ads and made a few thousand bucks (which back then was huge money). Wonder if they're on youtube somewhere.

They pick a lot of random countries. They always can find an Asian women to stick in the ads though. You never see an Asian man. Same with their games. I mean I wont change the complete tone of this thread but I find that interesting. Nintendo tries so hard not to be political that they do, in fact, make many statements whether they think they are or not. They think the people actually making the decisions, and the games, at their company arent worth being in the promotional material around the world. Ive been to Nintendo Japan offices in both Kyoto and Tokyo, and have known plenty of their workers when I had game programming as a hobby as an adolescent. The percentage of female programmers there are negligible. The Female management staff is the same. Its a company full of guys with female secretaries who arent shown in their production materials, nor in the games they produce.

i mentioned on here before, but I grew up in a heavy nintendo house. I was a nintendo man until the n64 and even as a kid I never saw someone who liked like me and people in my family in a video game until fucking Cutie Suzuki....and that game was on the sega.:

This is pretty much a worldwide event now, obviously smaller scale in other countries. Examples like footballers taking the knee in celebration and protests even happening in places like Toronto and Milan. Also Sony's HQ is in California, they are pretty much an American company too and America is their biggest market for consumers. It would be kind of off putting to have this event when so many fans are out protesting.
