We travel to America soon too and FloPe usually accompanies the team there. I don't think we'll make any signings while Perez is in America. And the EPL transfer window closes during our third game

yeah what is obvious here is that Chelsea want a lot and we are not interested in spending crazy money on the market, it would not surprise me at all if this deal does not go anywhere, specially when Hazard himself isnt pushing to go.

Hazard is practically begging Madrid to sign him, Nick. If he still hasn't pushed for a move, it's because no concrete offer has come from Madrid yet.

I expect him to go full rogue when/if an official bid reaches Roman's desk.

you are wrong there, he is not begging for anything. he is saying he would like to go, but he would still be happy to stay and chelsea has the final words. these are his public words, and there is 0 report of him pushing to leave for now.

Hazard is not begging anything. He's already stated that the club will make the final decision whether to let him go or not.

I have a feeling Madrid won't sign anyone to replace Ronaldo this window and I think it's a smart move. Hazard/Nerman/Mbappe are the most logical replacements but they either aren't on the market or will be extremely hard to get

They got Isco/Asensio/Bale/Vinicius to cover that hole which doesn't make signing a replacement THAT urgent anyway

Make no mistake, if we can negotiate a price we think Hazard is worth with Chelsea, we will sign him. But i dont see us paying 225 mil british medias are quoting as they asking price. Not because we dont have money, that's stupid, but because we dont think he is worth it. Our team is filled with top 3 players in their role, but what we need to bring is goalscoring.

How Lopetegui will get the team to play as well will make a massive difference because Zidane barely coached this team over the past 2 years.

It's an intriguing situation. Hazard wants to leave and Madrid want to sign him, but with two years still left on his contract, Chelsea are asking for crazy money. Maybe stay one more year at Chelsea and see how much the asking price drops? Although the problem with that is that Madrid really need to add quality this summer. Also Hazard is 27, it's getting to a stage where wasting one more year isn't great for the player or for Real Madrid. Then again, it would be cool to see him leave Chelsea for free in two years' time.

I think what you are seeing is madrid willing to spend 130 mil on Hazard and Chelsea asking for 225 mil. It's likely that both clubs simply to reach an agreement, and the last reports from the english press is that Hazard camp dont expect Madrid to significantly raise their offer.

The only concern madrid fans have right now is getting a CF.

Better for Madrid to wait a year and find the right replacement than go hard for Hazard and get robbed. If Hazard doesn't renew they can try again next year for a much better price.

In any case, from a football sense what they really need is a 30 goal a season striker. Cavani makes a lot more sense than Hazard.

Anyone can score 30 goals with the chance's Fakenaldo got, imagine adding beating players to that.

you are right because the ratio quality price here is all off for Madrid. Like if Kane was available for 200 mil like hazard, this would b a done dealio already.

Please no Kane or Hazard, it would make Uefadrid unstoppable treble threat.
