Do you mean youth players like Cerri or Mandragora? It's inconsequential. More so, when you consider Mandragora was even sold with a buy back.

Were not going to gut our team to sign Ronaldo because it wouldn't make sense. He's not joining to play with scrubs and it would be counterproductive on our end.

I just don't know if I can assume that Rugani being sold is to fund the transfer though. The reports of his sale [annual], began weeks before Cristiano and to be honest, no good source has reported his sale anyways.

If anything, with Caldara joining, it meant one of Benatia or Rugani was to be moved. I'll just be sad if we chose Benatia over Rugani for reasons I said above
