Harper and Rowan have a new gimmick, Strowman is probably the most over guy on Raw and Bray is stuck in limbo.

Batista said he’s been speaking with Vince McMahon regarding a possible return to the #WWE on JR’s podcast. He’s interested in returning to the WWE with a full-time schedule; including House Shows.

Should stick to Hollywood imo, he's too old for wrestling now. also his last stint in WWE was pretty bad, not sure if it would be any different this time.

So Raw has Paige return with two women from NXT. Then go and attack the women's division. And then on the next day on Smackdown 3 women from NXT debut and attack the women's division...

I'd like to think there's some long term planning and this wasn't a coincidence and it will lead to something, but it's more likely they have completely run out of ideas to how to debut women.

Apparently there's going to be less PPV's next year and Money in the Bank will be a dual branded like Mania, Rumble etc etc making a "big 5".

Matt Hardy, and likely Jeff when he returns, will be doing the broken character, although I believe it will be termed Woken instead of Broken. Anthem has changed its policy regarding intellectual property, some of which is surprising as they stated to Sports Illustrated that “Our new talent agreements all incorporate language that allow talent to continue to use their Impact personas after they leave the company. We are working with our legal team to amend our existing agreements to extend this to all of our current and former talent.” That’s almost unheard of in television. In particular, the agreement with the Hardys is that the Hardys will now retain ownership and all rights to the personas they used in TNA. The story behind it is that the Hardys were able to show financial and contractual digressions which left Anthem in a bad way, and this may be a public saving face for the company of just saying that they are being good guys and will be letting talent keep their gimmicks because of the feeling that it would end up that way based on a precedent that would be set in the Hardys case.

TL;DR  TNA gave up and the Broken gimmick is now gonna happen ( as this weeks RAW alluded to)



Gonna be hilarious to see how WWE *bleep* this up like they do with almost everything.

Been watching Punk stuff for some reason recently lol.



Also reminded me why i hated Cena back then, most vanilla character known to man. They are lucky he's good on the mic and can hide how fundamentally boring his character was.

Also dunno why WWE look at Punk and think you know what's a great idea? lets never allow freedom again and then wonder why everyone sounds the same because they are written by the same idiots.

There's been speculation on WWE teasing a Shane McMahon vs. Daniel Bryan match but the match has not been discussed, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, as there's been no change in Bryan's status when it comes to being cleared. There have been recent reports of Bryan being cleared but WWE confirmed to The Observer on December 4th that Bryan has not been cleared.

Vince McMahon has made it clear to Bryan that the decision will come from WWE's Dr. Joseph Maroon. The current angle with Bryan and Shane is not meant for a match, at least between Shane and Bryan, but that could change if Maroon clears Bryan. There has been talk of Bryan wrestling at SummerSlam 2018 and working a limited schedule if he is cleared.

Bryan is said to be set on wrestling again once his current WWE contract expires in October. He's also made it clear that if he gets a negative test before he returns to the ring, he will not wrestle.

Speculation on Bryan being cleared increased this past week when Bryan was advertised to be the special referee for a match at the December 26th SmackDown tapings in Chicago, which could be for TV or just a dark main event. Bryan was booked for the role because WWE felt they needed something special since they are running TV tapings on December 25th and December 26th in Chicago, and ticket sales for the 26th needed a boost.

Been really entertaining imo, only good thing on Smackdown along with the tag teams.

After some WWE rumors started spreading last week that claimed that Vince McMahon was not behind the Woken Matt Hardy gimmick, it turns out those rumors were reportedly false. According to Sports Illustrated, McMahon is a “significant proponent” of the character and is completely behind Hardy when it comes to putting this entire gimmick together. While some might wonder why McMahon is such a huge fan of a gimmick the WWE had nothing to do with creating, IWNerd reported on Friday that a fan video hit the Internet that showed how loud the crowd reaction was when the Woken Matt Hardy character made its debut on Monday Night Raw this past week.
