Re: Mo Salah appreciation thread
I would like to know the views of Roma (in particular) and Italian (in general) followers on him. How much has he improved or evolved at Liverpool, aside from his prolific scoring that is.
Do you notice any change/improvements in the way he plays?

Re: Mo Salah appreciation thread
He has become much more unpredictable than he was with us, that's for sure. I said it in another thread, but I thought him closer to Gervinho than Robben originally as he can be a bit of a one-trick pony. Like Robben though, that one trick is pretty damn good so he doesn't need to be constantly unpredictable because his pace, dribbling and finishing ability are all quite good. Defenders know what he'll do and still can't seem to stop him, as evidenced today.
That said, will be telling if he can do this again next season. Serie A defenses didn't seem to have much luck against him in his subsequent seasons so it will be interesting to see if the EPL ones do any better.
I still think we didn't get enough for him though. That's my only real regret about selling him.

Re: Mo Salah appreciation thread
I thought we did well with the Suarez signing.
Getting Coutinho and turning him into a gem was fantastic.
Signing Carroll was simply incredible.
And I thought our luck with signings must surely have run out, but enter Sir Salah.

Salah has more goals for LFC than Hazard has for Chelsea, since May 2014.

You can argue that Hazard is more of a creator but that is one insane stat.

I hope he leaves but I think they have a good chance of keeping him

Re: Mo Salah appreciation thread
Yea he will stay another season at least. Even Suarez and Torres stayed few seasons before leaving. He seems like a much better person.

Re: Mo Salah appreciation thread
Madrid will come in for him that’s for sure and Liverpool will say coutinho was sold for £145mil and he didn’t get close to these stats. So how much is salah worth

It's that Neymar money right now, if he forces through a leave then we better see that much. No need to sell unless he does a cou. Not even ganna bother to even guess how long he stays, don't trust footballers anymore.

i feel he is loyal too liverpool to pull a coutinho so soon, i think he wants to see what else he can truely achieve with liverpool- i think he should stay and become one of the club's greatests

Salah only joined last summer, under no circumstances at all should you sell him and I'm sure you won't. This is just a no.
I'm also fairly certain he won't push too hard for a move this summer, if at all.
Seems like a decent and modest guy.
Don't forget that he already has the experience of being ignored and neglected after a big club move, which will influence his career decision making.

Isco + cash could actually get FSG's attention but who knows really. Hope Liverpool actually keep him though.
