I bought it recently for £9 on PSN and haven't played it yet, same goes for Prey.

I'm sure i'll get to them eventually....

A friend of mine was able to play Wolfeinstein: The New Collossus a few days early, and he says it’s one of the best single player fps games he’s ever played. It’s already got an average rating on metacritic of 89. The official release date is tomorrow. Already pre-ordered it Molenation

I have to applaud the UK government on cracking own on stuff like this, can't wait for the day that lootboxes/microtransactions are heavily regulated. Felt disgusted seeing lootboxes in Shadow Of War. This practice in gaming is what killed Visceral, and i hope EA/Ubi/Activision etc can f*ck off with implementing this in every game.

I liked Shadow of Mordor a lot and would have been content if Shadow of War just built on it. But then idea that I would have to grind for hours on end for in game resources while they dangled micro-transactions in my face just felt insidious to me, so I didn't bother.

That shit's bad enough as it is in mobile gaming.

Also, i didn't grind much for the last act, i just kept recruiting every decent orc since Act 2.

I’m pretty sure I’m close to the end of the game, and so far I can say that, if you’re a fan of South Park, it’s a great game that gets progressively better and more absurd, the more you play it. If you’re not a fan of the show, it’s still a pretty good tactical RPG game, but you probably won’t care or be able to make much sense of the humor, story or the references to the 20+ seasons long show.

One extremely annoying thing about UBISOFT'S Fractured But Whole, is that it requires you to be online, in order to save the game. I had to find that out the hard way, as the game wouldn't let me connect to Ubisoft's servers when I decided to stop playing last night (even auto-save stopped working), and thanks to that, I lost about 6 hours worth of progress in the main quest, side quests and gathering collectibles. A damn shame, because I really enjoyed playing the game yesterday, but now I'm struggling to find the motivation to do it all over again and ultimately complete the game.

Good thing, I'll be able to play Wolfenstein 2 in only a few minutes. Don't think I'll get to the end of Fractured But Whole anytime soon.

remember 2 years ago at E3 or w/e and online there was so much hype behind all those upcoming VR devices? just like the Xbox Kinect hype a few years before it. The hype was at its highest before they actually released. Rarely see any mention of them online now. Very few ppl care. It was underwhelming AF. As predicted. At least by those of us that didn't subscribe to the industry hype.

VR won't be worth it in our lifetimes.
