The fine is ridiculous, united should be made a an example of. There is an incentive for transnational to cheat and united proves it, probably doped to been 15 years old player of Ajax and then ran away when they see the control

Turns out, this looks like it has nothing to do with actual drug use but more to do with Tom Jones being a knucklehead and Blind being unaware of rules.
