Their styles really mix well. Can't see it being a bore in any way.
Gonna be great to finally see Wilder in a televised fight against an actual boxer. Really enjoyed his matches against at the YMCA.

Why does American TV keep showing Deeney in the crowd crying like hes AJ girlfriend? What is going on between those two?

The guy with all the belts bar one shouldn't be travelling to pick up some poverty belt tbh, Wilder should be coming to AJ
P.S that *bleep* ref was a joke. Hope that's his last title fight ever.

'Giant number' offered up by Deontay Wilder's camp to Anthony Joshua for unification bout
http://www.espn.com/boxing/story/_/id/23317719/deontay-wilder-offers-anthony-joshua-50-million-heavyweight-unification-bout
LETS GOOOOOO
ESPN, a subsidiary of the Disney Corporation wrote:Heavyweight world titleholder Deontay Wilder on Wednesday gave unified titleholder Anthony Joshua 50 million reasons to fight him next.
Wilder emailed Joshua promoter Eddie Hearn of Matchroom Boxing an offer of a minimum of $50 million for Joshua to fight him for the undisputed heavyweight championship in their next bout -- before the end of this year -- both sides told ESPN.
Shelly Finkel, who manages Wilder along with Al Haymon and trainer Jay Deas, said the offer is for $50 million against 50 percent of the event revenue, meaning Joshua would make no less than that figure no matter how much the fight generated. If the fight generated more than $100 million, which Finkel believes it could, Joshua would make even more, and if it lost money, the Wilder side would be on the hook to pay Joshua.
"It's a giant number," Finkel said. "But it's also a giant fight."

.@anthonyfjoshua Mate! I sent this personally this time just so there’s no miscommunication. Tell @EddieHearn to let you personally check his email this time. BTW I sent Your manager Rob McCracken the email as well. I’m looking forward to our meeting in the ring. #KingVsKing pic.twitter.com/WbH8SB5Qm5

Re: Boxing thread - Part 2
About time, I've zero respect for Wilder for taking this long to start the real fights. For comparison it took 31 fights for 21 year old Tyson to unify the belts.

Re: Boxing thread - Part 2
as a fellow giant, always thought Fury had VERY fast hands for his size
considering the state of him when I last saw him he's gotten back into alright shape since it was only a few months ago
looks rusty af though, IDK about him beating Wilder or Joshua

Seferi retiring after 4 rounds. Is this a fixed fight lol. It was of course a tune up for Fury but still.

It's a terrible fight lmao
Fury looks awful but that's not a surprise since he was a slob just till 4 months ago. He needs few more of these before thinking about joshua and wilder

Yeah for sure, but I also think Joshua will be licking his lips at smashing a Fury in this state, + there's too much money that could be lost if Fury loses to someone else. I think Fury will continue to slim down and fight Joshua next for mega money.

Re: Boxing thread - Part 2
Joshua-Wilder is going to happen before Fury i think so it all depends on that. If joshua loses then i doubt fury would want to go for him bur rather Wilder.

Re: Boxing thread - Part 2
Biggest internet event in history?
Does anybody still follow Paul after his brother took a dump on a nation and got suspended by youtube?
Never knew KSI was big either. I thought he was just a kid that played FIFA on youtube and had a cult following based on the lack of ethnic minorities in traditional British media...kinda like the Chicken connoisseur kid

no idea tbh, I'm pretty dark on that whole side of Youtube/Internet
I remember KSI from Fifa shenanigans back in the day, I think both of them just built a brand with kids with IRL vlogs
hoping for a double knockout tbh
