Nick, what's your honest opinion of Danilo? Is he an actual donkey? Was he rated prior to arriving at Real Madrid?

Despite getting past their recent Financial Fair Play issues last Friday, Inter may still consider selling Ivan Perisic. In fact Manchester United continue to be in contact for the Croatian winger, but today they let the nerazzurri know that while they will make a new offer, it won't be at their current asking price of €50/55 million. In addition, the new offer may may not arrive immeditaly but rather be made later on.

On the incoming front, Borja Valero's agent continues to work on bridging the gap between Inter and Fiorentina. The contacts are also ongoing for Davidson Sanchez and Delbert. Inter have also recently made an inquiry with Chelsea for Andreas Christensen who has been playing on loan for Borussia Monchengladbach

Of course he was rated high, we only sign high potential players (try to at least)

Im making jokes but he is a good player. I was high on him before he arrived because he looked the part of the modern athlete. tall, lean, fast, plays both side of the pitch and he had achievements to his resume with Porto.

But he came to Madrid he crumbled. Madrid is not made for everyone, some can't handle it. He played with fear, and displayed quite honestly a shockingly low level. His defending is just mediocre, in 1v1, forget it, he is toast.

It can be the typical case of a guy leaving madrid and finding success elsewhere. There are some issues with the way he defends 1v1, that's technique, but he struggled mainly because of the pressure in Madrid. As a wing back he would be productive too

We are still after Kalinic/Aubameyang according to Di Marzio

I don't know what to think about these Danilo links. He was great before but he has just been so poor at Madrid. I know Allegri and the boys can train defenders like no one else, Alex Sandro is an example of that, hopefully they can do it with Danilo too if he comes.

Seems like Chelsea also want Danilo, we are getting those 30 mil

Probably just a negotiating ploy to try and ensure we get Sandro.

Seems we're content with Moses and Azpilicueta at present.

The Spanish Fellaini is coming to the Premier League

Matthias Ginter is having his medical at Gladbach today and will sign a contract after that.
Fee will be 17m € which constitutes a transfer record for Gladbach.
Apparently, Tottenham were keen on signing Ginter too.
Ginter is suppposed to plug the hole left by Christensen's obligatory return to Chelsea.

CDS has us considering Clichy and Navas.

Monchi doesn't appear convinced by Ghezzal and give his ties with Navas, that might be a possibility. Clichy's wages are too high so that's already an obstacle as he'd have to take a pay cut to join us. I do feel shades of Ashley Cole about this one though. Wouldn't mind Navas however.

This pretty much is Monchi's formlua. Iborra almost left last summer to join Sunderland but changed his mind. This summer he wanted to leave. Vitolo was always the next to go and by the sounds of it Atleti are paying his release clause so not much Sevilla can do there, anyway.

Konoplyanka, Cristoforo, Kranevitter and Vietto are all irrelevant. There are internal replacements (Correa, Krohn-Dehli, Carlos Fernandez).

They want to bring in Nolito, Jesus Navas and possibly Bacca as well. Jovetic is still an option. Banega replaces Nasri. Lucas Perez is another one they're looking at.

This is how it is at Sevilla. They won't sell without bringing in replacements.
