Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 34
As far as the finish goes, the attempt is very strong to keep this one under wraps, so it’ll be interesting the last day or two when it comes to the odds. The story as it is said right now is that nobody on the writing team, no producers, and no participants except Lesnar (whose deal is that he knows everything well in advance) will be given the finish until the last minute.
Jon Jones is interfering lads.
Or Corbin is cashing in.

Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 34
I definitely think Lesnar is losing, not because of UFC there's too many reasons to prevent that but it's a good excuse to write him off TV until the Rumble to WM period.
Combined with the fact Heyman has apparently lobbying for Joe to win it, although I doubt Vince will listen.
Corbin will cash in on Nakamura I bet.

All I want is Reigns-Lesnar 2 TBH. Their first match was sooo good. MOTY 2015 for WWE IMO.

I'd rather see Strowman v Lesnar and Cena vs Reigns personally.

I think we'll get Cena-Reigns at Wrestlemania 35 tbh.
The whole point of Lesnar ending the streak and Reigns retiring The Undertaker was for them to collide, where Reigns will go over.
Honestly though the Reigns super push is something else LOL.
Reigns - Lesnar WM31
Reigns - HHH WM32
Reigns - Taker WM33
Reigns - Lesnar WM34
Reigns - Cena WM35
Reigns - Rock WM36 ?
If only they gave some of those matchups to others.

Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 34
It looked great tbh, based on the Youtube clip.
Enjoyed Joe coming out of the crowd and choking out Reigns
This is genuinely the first main event i can remember where i actually don't want spoilers for it from Meltzer or looking at betting odds.
Don't give a shit about the rest of Summerslam really, although they are building up Ambrose/Rollins stuff well and Cesaro/Sheamus are working well off them but yeah dat Main Event is hype.
Rest is garbage sadly.

The only thing that matters, althought they are laying it on a bit too thick imo.
I can't see Lesnar losing and if he does i think Joe will be the winner. Reason being is i don't think they are going to put the belt on Reigns until WM and the segment made it look like Strowman won't win.

Not as big as the pop will be Ambrose eventually turns heel.
Although i do like how they are building this, Cesaro and Sheamus are pretty perfect opponents too.

Bray vs Balor
- Spoiler:
- WWE really love shooting themselves in the foot. Why did they have to have the match on RAW? There are way better ways to unleash Balor's 'demon' persona. I could think of a few right off the top of my head

50/50 on going to Summerslam. The card is bang average but seeing a WWE show has been in my bucket list for years.
I heard prices for tickets drastically drop on the day of the event so I'll prolly go if I get a good seat on a reasonable price.

People on the wrestling thread on NeoGAF they i frequently read say that a live show is always fun even when the product sucks.
I'd go tbh if you can, plus side is it's Brooklyn so the atmosphere should be good.

On atmosphere, I feel Takeover Brooklyn is gonna be more lit especially since ADAM COLE BAYBAY is gonna most probably debut but I'd rather see Joe vs Lesnar vs Strowman vs Reigns than McIntyre vs Roode lol.
Yeah I think I'll go, at the very least the main event is legit unpredictable and there's a chance Jon Jones is gonna do something too.

Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 34
Maybe this could possibly used to fuel his anger, making him more aggressive and brutal?
Would be good character development. He is pissed about losing the title and EVERYONE involved in it, he has a beef with. He could disrupt every match they are involved in, attack them. This could also possibly make this an interlinked story line that can go on for the next (2?) PPVs.
Or maybe Im just making lemonade

Corbin isn't exactly someone who lacks anger, aggression or brutality tbh.
