I think Reigns might legit, kayfabe, be the 'strongest' wrestler of all time and it's obviously hurting him with fans, hge's not a bad wrestler at all or particularly bad on the mic and has 'the look'

I have seen so many wild varied opinions on Mania lol. The reactions are more mixed than i have ever seen i think.

Nah i don't agree, although the last 10 Mania's haven't been good though IMO. They are consistently bad shows IMO.

See this is the thing, i don't think they sucked necessarily just decent/meh.

A lot of them just ended too early and abruptly. Pacing of the matches was the problem for most of the night i'd say.

Basically i agree with you last night that a lot of them had no magic to them.

I'm always of the opinion you should bring your A game to Mania matches, so when I see people phoning it in like it's some random PPV, even if they don't necessarily suck, I feel that they do

that said besides some clips I saw online I wasn't invested into any of the story for the matches like Bray etc since I rarely watch, so for once I was a work-rate/spot mark and they just didn't deliver.

I wish they would bring back a 24/7 hardcore title back and just throw all these random plebs that are wandering aimlessly as jobbers on SD/Raw..give them a couple segments each week between legit matches and instantly you're interested in half the no names on the roster IMO

obviously that won't happen

I used to love hitting swanton bomb's from the top of vending machines in hardcore matches backstage on the old PS2 games

I think that's my biggest problem. There were no WM moments. Nothing to excite the crowd. Every match just ended. Hardyz the only exception.

But crowds love him so he kind of has to be promoted.

One that's apparently coming up who i really like is Andrade Cien Almas, Mexican guy ( not high flyer lol he's quite big) with loads of charisma.

But the issue is he's only just getting his character together in NXT now, i'm concerned that if he goes up now he'd get buried.

But they do this all the time, Corbin in no way was ready for the main roster when he came up last year and neither was Apollo Crews among others.

He has more showmanship and charisma than both of those guys combined but i still get concerned.

That's kind of what i want, they can help build up the tag teams for now but post draft i'm much more interested in them being singles guys.
