De Gea is the target and yes I believe Perez will pay the price. Courtois is just in the mix for leverage. Why else would Sanchez have gotten in touch with De Gea after the first stories of interest in courtois surfaces, but to reassure him that Perez hadn't forgotten the promise made to him.

Similiarly There isn't any doubt that DeGea is top 3 in world. Perez besides wanting a top goalie also loves having a good portion of Spanish NT.
