I don't get it. Why were they arguing?

I don't know, it might be different in Italy but how can these guys get away with these fights and why do coaches always fight with their own players? Didn't that Fiorentina coach beat the shit out of his player all those seasons ago. It must be something normal down there

I remember when he was at Milan and Zlatan called him spineless or something along those lines. Even Niang abused him on social media i think Laughing (those days were crazy for him)

I like Max and he's a top coach but his man management is not the greatest. I do kinda feel bad for him when he's not getting the respect of his players though.

He's doing everything right atm. Just hope these silly spats dont come into the way of achieving our objectives.

Well this would suit Pep after he flops at City. He can go to Serie A and dominate with Juve to stat pad his CV. Then he will come out with some nonsense about how the league is fantastic and competitive Rolling Eyes

@halamadrid2

They were arguing (most likely) because Juve conceded in the 92 minute against Palermo to make it 4-1. Allegri gets unbelievably pissed when there are unforced error due to lack of concentration and failure to follow orders in closing a match.

I remember when Cuadrado joined and we played City in the CL. It was the end of the game and the ref was gonna whistle at any moment. Then Cuadrado got the ball and instead of taking it to the corner to waste time and force a throw in/corner for Juve to end the game, he tried to towards goal. Allegri started yelling like a madman at him and complained about that later on when journalists asked him.

Probably something similar here. He might be on his way out after all if he manages to argue with so many players.

There are few top coaches in the world furthest from coaching Juve than Pep.

One of the two men in the pictures I posted most likely. Di Francesco or Sousa. There was talk about the possibility of Spalletti for a while, he has an outside chance.

Ah I see. He doesn't seem to have the best man management skills it seems. Such a shame, he elevated Juve in Europe and them a team to fear. Who will you get if he leaves?

Sousa won't be a bad shout at all. Would love to see Juve under him. Florentina play some good stuff.

This is the dream. But alas will remain a dream.

As for who will replace him, i think its most probably Sousa.

Simeone coaching Juve would be like him coaching Madrid. Would be very surprised if he does.

Simeone wont join us with his Inter past. He's always been talking about the possibility of coaching Inter in the future. And they can afford him now with their Chinese money.

Yeah Simeone won't come. He is too "Inter". At least that how he strikes me, like the kinda guy who wouldn't want to coach Juve because of his past.

I just hope that if Sousa or Di Francesco come they bring their young starlet with them that loves them so much (Bernardeschi/Berardi).

Di Francesco wont come. And i think he'd be a bigger gamble than Sousa if we were to hire him.

I'm not too sure about that.

He has been mentioned plenty by the media for us and he has been at Sassulo for a long time now, time for a change most likely.

As for who is the biggest gamble, I haven't decided for myself. It is much more impressive for Sassuolo to reach EL than for Fiore to do it. Sousa has the added bonus of managing Fiore's egos and having a higher profile as football personality.

I'm not sure who I prefer for us yet.

Time for a change alright but he has to make the transition from taking over a small side to a 5 time league winning team. I dont know how one can automatically assume he is a correct choice. Its a big risk no matter which way you look at it.

Or for Sousa for that matter who only is slightly more proven than him only that he has a CV of being an ex-Juventus player having won CL with them in his playing days.

Im undecided on neither but if i have no option but to choose between the two, it'll be Sousa for now.

Spalletti hasn't still extended his contract with  Roma ...

Paulo Sousa is much better than Di Francesco  for me  . and the Portoguese is a Juve legend ( CL '96 ) , so he knows the club too.

If I remember ( @Farfan, I had just written "remind" , then I edited. CBarca said me it is wrong, I did it because it was shorter :coffee: )  well Juve never had foreign coaches in his history except Heriberto Herrera in '60 and that Zeman's uncle in '70 anyway ( Paulo Sousa is a Serie A product though )

Allegri is smart man when it comes to football, he knows how to adapt his strategies when they are not working. See how we rarely use 3-5-2 now, because our midfield is not good enough to assume that. Every decision he makes follows the same logic which is to priorize the results over the spectacular.

Does he lack the interpersonal skills a manager needs in 2017 ? Honestly i think yes. He seems like an old school kind of guy who only sees the players as a professional relationship. He confirmed this in an interview, someone (i suppose Gigi) copied it in the Juve section earlier this season. Max is mad all the time lol, after 50% of our games he's screaming on the sidelines.

That being said, i hope Allegri stays because we have success so far. He called Bonucci a dickhead, so what ? Everyone wants a clean sheet for Buffon, not a big deal.
