I agree . Montella has done well . I think this season we have done very well , given what we have available , of course. We even won the super cup , which is nice. About finishing in the top 3 , sadly it was always out of our reach like you said. But top 6 .. i think it is. I think we will definitely finish between 4th-6th , i have no doubts this season. We just have what it takes to get into the Europa League , and tbh that's all i care about for the moment.

As for the coming summer .. yeah , we can't but wait and see what's to happen with 'the closing'. Not sure what to think of this whole sale , many times over i think it's all a fraud , then again i remember Fassone and Mirabeli are actually actively working for them so far , doing things , e.t.c . And then there's Berlusconi supposedly 'assured' about the Chinese' being legit. Not sure what to think. Like you , not that confident about the summer , even though i believe we have made real progress under Montella , so next season should be interesting nonetheless.

All in all , i want Europa League , Donnarumma renewal , Montella stays and to buy Deulofeu . Whatever happens with the sale , let it come , i care more about the pitch side of things before the sale , as of now at least

if there's one thing I've learnt from Barcelona this week, it's never to give up. We are only 7points away from 3rd, and after tonight's game, our schedule will be pretty favourable. All we need do is capitalise on the shortcomings of our competition. I know it won't be easy and we'll probably not make it but I'm not giving up just yet

On the future of the club, I'm a little pessimistic about the Chinese takeover. with all that has happened with the takeover so far, I fail to see how they can take the club forward

Deulofeu is impressig with every appearance, i'm not sure what the buyout situation is Barca and all that, but i think we should cash it in for him, its so refreshing seeing someone with skill, pace and a brain on the forward line

I'm a fan. I wanted him to replace Niang the moment we were linked with him. He's the type of player I enjoy watching. He's direct, he's arrogant, and he wants to be a difference maker. Obviously, his decision making is a little iffy, but that improves with game time and experience.

I hope we sign him.

Its amazing how Montella can get the best out of average players.

I'm beginning to imagine what Montella can do with better players. We had a good performance even though we had some shaky moments. what was even more impressive was our ability to fight back, not being perturbed by Inter's first half lead

I think deloufeu needs some rest. he almost always lost the ball every time he had it in the last 15 mins of the game.

We also need to lock down Suso to a new contract. he's the embodiment of Montella's milan
