Watford can f right off. Saw it coming the very instant they scored the first goal. Cant believe they sacked a great manager like Flores. Last season they would have at least got a point in a game like this.

I just hate this blatant Klopp fanboyism ever since he's come to Liverpool. He has proven nothing substantial so far in his career to make him seem bigger than the club.
van Gaal is a much decorated manager than Klopp is and look how he went out of United. Klopp is not immune to any criticism whatsoever, not any more than Rodgers.
Van Gaal joined the biggest club in the country which had one bad year before. Klopp joined a midtable club.
So given Klopp's repute he should be ascending us from being a midtable team towards a top team? Yes or no?
There shouldn't be any excuses.. right now it's early in the season so it's unfair to judge him. We should have a clearer picture by the end of the season as he will have a full season under his belt. But I am pretty sure nothing's gonna change..
Well that's the whole point. It's just stupid to judge now as you say yourself and there's really no use discussing a "feeling" that nothing will change.

Pardew makes a double substitution while waiting to defend a corner. Wanyama scores with a free header... #thfc 1 #cpfc 0

now what that looks like is a one off bad day at the office for Liverpool. But the thing is we have far to many days like that for it to bad just a bad day at the office. People said give klopp time. Give him a preseason. Give him a transfer window. Well he has had all 3 and we still get days like this.Great Leader Sprucenuce wrote:Firenze wrote:

Palace now haven't won in 12 away games.

It's just fanboyism.. he has a very likeable personality. So much so that people tend to forget his technical incompetencies.Unique wrote:I can't believe how people stand up for klopp and call pep a fraud
For example, people just coolly ignore the meltdown Dortmund had in his final season. But when it comes to Mourinho, it's the first thing on their *bleep* minds.
It can be argued that he is immune to criticism just because he transformed Dortmund from being underdogs to being an elite team. Who's to say that it was because of him or the just of luck of having extremely quality young talent which coincidentally bloomed during his tenure? Besides, it is easier to overachieve as underdogs as other teams don't really take you seriously (read Leicester). Not to mention the competition in Bundesfodder is as barren as a brick.
All I am saying is managers should not be put on a pedestal until they repeat their success with multiple clubs.. unless they are truly exceptional like Pep (Barca revolution) or Simeone (La Liga + 2 CL finals).

Didn't Don't Call Me James predict a 5-0 win for Liverpool today?
If that's the case, you know just who to blame.

I know exactly who to blame. when you lose this often to teams that don't have close to the talent we have you can only put it down to tactics. I'm not sure who sorts that part of the game out.Jay29 wrote:Didn't Don't Call Me James predict a 5-0 win for Liverpool today?

no need to judge Klopp right now for the whole season. But if you cant score a goal with more than 80% possession against Burnley , first you criticize players and then you criticize manager for not making them play better.
And it is clear as day that Klopp needs to evolve if he wants to achieve things with Liverpool in EPL.

the thing that worries me is how often this happends to us. I know all teams have days where they lose a game and think how did that happen. but we all saw this coming. the way I see it is this. if teams with half the talent are turning you over this often then its down to tactics. and like it or not klopp is in charge of them.Helmer wrote:no need to judge Klopp right now for the whole season.
