I'm really bored of this pogba saga. When will Juve announce that Pogba is not for sale, or when will United pay the awaited 120m...?

Bayern will exercise option to buy Coman – Rummenigge...

Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has confirmed Bayern Munich will make Kingsley Coman’s stay at the club permanent.

Bayern Munich chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has made it clear the Bundesliga champions aim to use their option to sign Kingsley Coman on a permanent basis.
The France international, 20, joined Bayern from Juventus on a two-year loan deal back last year for an initial fee of €7million and impressed in his first season at the Allianz Arena.
Bayern have an option to sign Coman permanently for an additional €21m and Rummenigge has made it clear they plan to do just that.
"There is a huge probability that we will exercise our option to buy Kingsley," the Bayern chief told TZ.
Coman regularly featured in 2015-16 due to Arjen Robben's injury problems, with the Dutchman missing the decisive stages of last season.
Bayern were beaten by Atletico Madrid in the semi-finals of the Champions League by Atletico Madrid without the experienced winger and Rummenigge feels things could have panned out differently had Robben been around.
"Robben is a great player. Maybe we would have been able to score that extra goal we needed against Atletico to make the Champions League final had he been there," he added.
"We need Robben. I know that he is hugely unhappy whenever he cannot play due to injury. I wish he enjoys a great season.
"Our medical staff are working hard to get him back. The start of the Bundesliga could be tricky, though."

Juventus and Napoli say no to Manchester United outcast...

Despite the double blow, Bastian Schweinsteiger still has options in Serie A as he ponders his next step following his isolation from the first team at Old Trafford...

Manchester United’s exiled midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger has seen two potential suitors in Juventus and Napoli decline to make a bid for his services.

After being ordered to clear his locker at the club and train with the reserves, the German knows his time at Old Trafford is up and is seeking a move elsewhere – with numerous opportunities in Serie A appearing.

But whilst AC Milan, Inter and Lazio have been receptive to the idea of taking the player on, the same cannot be said for rivals Juventus and Napoli.

Despite being offered the retired Germany international on a loan deal where Manchester United would finance 60 percent of his wages, the Italian giants still couldn’t find room for the player according to Radio Crc.

Schweinsteiger has endured a tumultuous week so far after being cast to the side by new United boss Jose Mourinho, and also had his hopes of a Bayern Munich return dashed by Carlo Ancelotti.

The 2014 World Cup winner made just 18 Premier League appearances last season as his move to England didn’t go to plan, with the transfer ending a then 17 year association with Bayern.

Adnan Januzaj and Marcos Rojo are also on the transfer list in Manchester, as Mourinho looks to clear his side of deadwood.

Like we need their scraps... rofl

Lemina To Schalke - Pereyra To Watford?...

A double midfielder exit could be on the cards at Juventus.

No, one of them isn't Paul Pogba! Reports are saying Mario Lemina could be joining Schalke 04 with Roberto Pereyra off to Watford?

Lemina, who has been linked with various clubs this summer including the likes of Premier League Champions Leicester and Watford as it happens, still looks a good bet to leave Turin this summer but his next destination could be Germany.

The former Marseille midfielder, who turned a loan into a permanent deal this year, has seen the German media linking him with the Bundesliga side with an offer of €23m to be made for the 22-year-old with that potentially enough to end his brief stay with the Old Lady having made (an unlucky) 13 appearances.

A move to Watford might not be something Lemina makes but if what the Watford Observer understands is true 25-year-old attacking midfielder Pereyra is 'closing in' on a move to Vicarage Road.

Pereyra has previous with the Premier League clubs owners as the Pozzo family are also connected with Udinese, where he spent a number of years in the past so that's such a connection that could help take the Argentina international to Watford.

I would say that it is better if we only sold Pereyra. We need Lemina for depth, because Hernanes has no place in here.

http://www.sudinfo.be/1635235/article/2016-08-01/axel-witsel-la-juventus-veut-conclure-le-deal-rapidement

From a belgian website Smile

So basically Witsel is 100% not playing in St-Petersburg next season. He wants to leave the club and his absolute priority in to join JUVENTUS !

Everton has submitted 25-30M, as we know.
Juve offers 20M + bonus, and Zenit has 10 days to decide (the article is dated on monday so 7 days left).

I hope Zenit get their shit together and accept the offer, but it's understandable that they want more money for one of their pillars in the midfield.

It is reported that Juventus are closing in on the signing of Paris Saint-Germain’s Blaise Matuidi.

The French international has long been touted as a possible replacement for Paul Pogba in the Bianconeri midfield, with France Football claiming PSG have set an asking price of €35m for his signature.

Matuidi’s chances of joining the Old Lady are further boosted by the fact that super-agent Mino Raiola, set to secure Juve around €110m for the sale of Pogba, also handles the 29-year-old’s affairs. Raiola has allegedly told the player that he could be heading to Turin ‘within a few days.’

According to Calciomercato.it, Matuidi is the preferred central midfield choice of Coach Max Allegri, ahead of Axel Witsel and Moussa Sissoko.

Juventus and Monaco chasing Roma midfielder...

Monaco have joined the Old Lady in tracking Lupi starlet Leandro Paredes...

With Lendro Paredes' future in doubt, the player is attracting the attention of both Juventus and Monaco.

Schalke had been chasing the midfielder’s signature this summer, however, the Argentinian refuted the idea of a move to Germany, with an Italian club still his preferred destination.

Indeed, Paredes spent last season on-loan at Serie A outfit Empoli, and Gazzamercato contend that the club are keen to secure his services for another year – a proposal that Juventus would be prepared to honour should he move to Turin.

Moreover, Monaco have now entered into negotiations with the ex-Boca Juniors man, his representatives and the Giallorossi themselves, widening even further the competition for the 22-year-old.

Roma value the player, who has only made 13 appearances for the Lupi, at around €20 million, and he has taken part in the club’s pre-season tour of the United States.

Paredes made 33 outings for Empoli across all competitions last season, scoring two goals in the process.

Juventus: Schalke, €23m for Lemina
By Football Italia stafF...

Schalke 04 have apparently made a €23m offer for Juventus midfielder Mario Lemina.

The 22-year-old looks like he is being choked by competition within the Bianconeri, and the consensus is that he will leave the club before the end of the summer.

Recent reports suggested that an offer had already been made by Real Betis, who had overtaken Watford in the race for Lemina.

Although the details of that offer remain unknown, it was believed that Juventus would not sell the player for anything less than €20m.

According to Tuttosport, though, Schalke 04 have just solved the problem for the Old Lady. Apparently they would take the player for a total of €23m, which exceeds the demands of the Italian club by a margin.

Im on the first camp. We need to sell midfielders to get new ones, there is too many.
If they are not considered good enough to be relied on then sell them instead of going into the season with 9 CMs

Pogba
Marchisio
Khedira
Pjanic
Asamoah
Pereyra
Sturaro
Hernanes
Lemina
Mandragora

That is a ridiculous amount of CMs for a team that doesn't even play a diamond. I put a strike on Pogba cause he is likely gone and on the others because they will be injured for the start of the season. Thats still 6 CMs! If we can't trust 3 of our 6 CMs to hold the fort until the rest come back then its time to sell people. When the rest come back we will still have 8 (excluding Mandragora under the assumption that he goes on loan when fit). Thats still too much. And thats without signing anyone new.

Expected to leave from that list : Pogba, Hernanes and one of Lemina/Pereyra.

Mandragora is irrelevant at this point as he doesnt affect the 25 man criteria plus he's injured and will likely be loaned out once he's fit.

Marchisio wont be available for atleast first half of the season.

That leaves you with :
Khedira
Pjanic
Asamoah
Sturaro
Pereyra/Lemina

Ideally you need at least 7 CM's to compete on all fronts. One CM coming in is a certainty and hopefully its top quality like Matic.

We might need another because at least 3/4 out of those 5 CM's have had injury issues and are not the most reliable options. Either some cheap cover or some young talent with potential.

I completely agree.

@S You probably forgot that he got injured in the Euros game VS Italy :p Anyways, Marchisio is training too even if he is injured Smile

He was saying Khedira will miss the early part of the season. I'm saying he isnt injured and he just got a knock against Italy.

Where did you guys get this Khedira injury info from ? Its not true at all. He's fit and raring to go.

I said the start of the season. It had been reportedback then that his groin injury would have him miss the mark.

Good that he is fit then. More to the point, we need to start selling people.

Juventus receives offers that i can't believe are real Laughing
23M for Lemina
30M for Zaza

besides this, i do not think we have too much midfielders; the amount we have is ok, it's just that most of them are unproven at this stage of their career.

i like Lemina but with 23M Marotta can do a lot of things so yeah maybe he can be sold, alongside with Hernanes... then buy Matic/Witsel/Matuidi who have experience.

You guys are talking like we have to sell one of our best bench players to get another one, for the fact that we are getting offered a nice amount. We don't need the money, we have it from the Pogba deal so it is absolutely a bad idea to sell the consistent and almost injury-free Lemina, when we have tons of dead wood like Asamoah, Hernanes and maybe even Pereyra (no disrespect, but they can't be relied on because of injuries of poor form).

/foreveraleminabacker

By the way, I had exactly the same feelings about Coman (regardless of they are being pretty similar in looks lmao), he didn't play much but showed glimpses of huuuge talent, then we sold him for the first offer, because it looked nice to get such a huge amount for a bench player. But it's all about future especially that we are not lacking money. So, I'm against selling young talents.

We don't have to sell Lemina, we just have to start selling anybody.

We haven't even been able to sell Isla yet.

The most money to be made is on Pereyra and Lemina, so probably one of those 2 will be pushed out.

The one I rate the highest is Asamoah, but his injuries are ridiculous so him being sold can also make sense.

We all know what we think of Hernanes Laughing . Sturaro has been assured by the management to stay.

Sell Hernanes and either one of Pereyra or Lemina, that leaves us with 6 CMs (excluding Pogba and Mandragora). Then we can make our signing for midfield.

We don't have Pogba money yet we're not broke either.

Proven quality: Marchisio, Pjanic, Khedira, Asamoah
Unproven: Sturaro, Pereyra, Lemina, Mandragora
Dead wood: Marrone, Hernanes

add to that *Matic* and it makes 7 of them. it's very good for the first months of the season since the games matter less. Lemina would not have much play time if someone like Matic comes that why at 23M you have to consider the offer. He could be starter at Schalke after all.

Also i add Marrone but what happens with him ? Is he on loan already or still with the club ? Because we only have 3 club trained players on the squad right now...
