The Tass and Interfax agencies reported the blasts hit the Sennaya Ploschad and nearby Tekhnologichesky Institut stations in the centre of the city.

Images posted on social media showed a carriage in Sennaya station with its doors blown out with casualties nearby.

President Vladimir Putin, who is in the city, said all causes, including terrorism, were being investigated.

Interfax reported that at least 20 people had been injured, and that one of the blasts involved a device filled with shrapnel.

I went to the Pride Parade on Church St. in Toronto last summer and I wouldn't take my young child there. He doesn't need to be exposed to hundreds of naked men wavings their dicks around in public bending over show-casing their asshole. The same way I wouldn't want him look for porn at that age and see tits or vaginas.

You don't PDA I would wager based on your conservative persian cultural background. If I want to kiss my girlfriend or hold her hand in public I should have that right in the western world. My girlfriend's brother and his boyfriend should be afforded that same right

I'm straight, as well, and I don't particularly care that much about gay rights. I think it's wrong for them to be discriminated against, on account of their sexuality. I also think it's absurd for gay people to expect, or even want a church wedding where a priest is legally bound to wed a couple regardless of their sexual orientation, and regardless of how much that goes against the fundamental principles of the religion. I'm not religious either, but such an arrangement is simply disrespectful towards the priest and his religion, and I don't know why a gay couple would want to do this. But then again, it doesn't concern me and I don't particularly care. If anyone's obsessed with homosexuality, it's Putin.

I'm really saddened that Europe didn't light up any landmarks for victims of the St. Petersburg bombing. I know they don't have sympathy for Russians but it was their only method of fighting with terrorism/ISIS and now they've given up even on that aswell. Wait, hold up, there's still chalk and pavements to be coloured. I see none of that, though.

The thing is that ISIS did not take the responsibility for Peter's attack. I am not a conspiracy theorist, but just days after anti-Putin rallies. And talking about "inside jobs", its almost official that Vlad bombed houses in 2000, so he will be suspected for every new blast

Bascially Sweden gives up all its values and submits itself to the influence of certain others. When Sweden's female leaders from the "first feminist government" (lmao) visited Iran, they submitted into wearing a hijab. They did not stood for their dignity, but just simply submitted and shamed themselves. While in Sweden Muslims are allowed to do anything, sweden's leaders weren't even allowed to go into Iran without wearing hijab (Marine Le Pen's meeting with Lebanon's Grand Mufti was cancelled after she refused to wear a headscarf)

Nobody forced them to wear hijab, they did it on their own and out of respect for the traditions of the host country.

There have been many women world leaders, spouse, high government officials who have went to Saudi Arabia the strictest Muslim country without wearing a hajib or head gears and still had their meetings.

Why are these radicals driving into people nowdays lol. I'd give it to the security though that these guys aren't able to get their hands on arms. The results if they manage arms are catastrophic and I hope people don't experience that elsewhere. Great work tbh.

ISIS has huge network. Nearly 30 people from Kerala went to fight for ISIS and now they are in Afghanistan. They were all from the same place and went to same radical madrassas... Yet Muslims never ratted out that madrassas which is a huge shame for the community. The moderate Muslims not ratting out those hardliners out of fear of ostracization from community need to stop. If they don't do that who will?

This happens daily in the middle east, A place no one cares about, A place that has a thread on GL but is rarely updated. Its the truth.

Europe has no divine right to peace unfortunately as a lot of Europeans I've spoke too believe. Fortunately or Unfortunately we are all part of the same planet. Even in World war 2 so many countries chose to ignore the Nazi's and within years the war was across the globe and they were annexed whether they liked it or not.

Why is why the world I believe the world needs to work together to solve this, Not build walls around and protect themselves. Personal opinion, Agree to disagree. Got no replies in my tank for this.

The attack in Russia, A country everyone looks up too in these matters, Was a testament to this. These guys will never stop. They can even infiltrate Tahiti or fcking Bahamas and attack people there if we continue this process of divide and only looking at ourselves.
