The only way CR isn't winning this is if he is injured for a prolong period or he is in very terrible form. Atm the narrative is that CR willed Portugal with one leg to win the EUROs and Messi failed in his 4th try and quit. Add the tax case Messi has basically no chance unless he reproduces his 11/12 scoring form and even then it will require a spectacular collapse from CR.

Well CR is out until November already iirc but it makes no difference, Messi missed two months this season and still won it. They should just give it to CR now tbh.

From what i've been reading online the concensus among Barca fans is that Messi has been better than Suarez over thr past year. Obviously it could be harmonica's multiple accounts over different platforms but i hopee he doesnt have that much time on his hands

Was Fakenaldo best in 2013, no but he still stole Ballon d'Or. Could happen this year also, even when he's even worse than he was then. There's no single argument about individual quality why Fakenaldo should be gifted yet another Ballon d'Or this year. None.

Because CR was more clutch than Messi was, and carried both Real Madrid and Portugal when it was needed.

He made us win over Wolfsburg with 4 goals in CL.
And the games that they won and not drew in Euros were won by CR too.

That's why he deserves the Balon d'Or. Messi did nada other than "great individual performances" that didn't do shit.

Where the hell was Fakenaldo clutch, clutch against Uefadrid draw opponent? Messi was better at group, QF, SF and Final of Copa compared to Fakenaldo in Euros, and better against Atletico Madrid in CL and La Liga. Fakenaldo defined last year the phrase "flat track bully" which everyone agreed at the time, and with 30% of his rout tapins coming against Asspanyol and Malmö. Failed against PSG x2, Atletico x3, City, Villarreal x2, Valencia x2, Sevilla... He wasn't even in the field when Portugal carried him to Euros against France ffs. Laughing

Like I said there's not a single argument of individual quality that puts Fakenaldo even top 3 this year peformance wise, as this year he doesn't even have enough tapins against Asspanyol as an excuse. And your next post will again portray that.
