I think you meant FIFA ballon dor which was nothing more than FIFA WPOTY with the Ballon D'or brand attached to it for credibility

Because i read that Fifa schedule a big event in January. It's in this event where the fans votes will be 50% decisive. A ceremony simply called "The Best"
- Best player (M/F)
- Best goal (still named Puskas award i guess)
- Best fair play

Puskas award was destroyed last year when random player scored a random goal in who knows where and won. There's no best goal award anymore.

As for fan vote, typical corruption/bias/money grab scheme from Perez and co.

As much as I hate to see this, Ronaldo able to win 4 with Messi around is quite an achievement. Messi is still the best player obviously but Ronaldo able to push him to hard and win three back after the 4 straight years which Messi won, was not expected at all, and just hope Messi steps up next year to make it 6!
