I take back what I said, the Valkyries are real bitches. Killed 5 now.

You ain't seen shit till you face the Queen, toughest fight in the game by a considerable margin.

Valkyrie is the first good boss fight i have come across. Was genuinely satisfying beating her.

Already lol? I didn't attempt them until after I finished the game.

I enjoyed the boss fights in the game but the Valkyries are the best by far, can't wait to see your reactions to facing the Queen.

Yea found in the hidden chamber after the chisel thing.

It's a very dark soul-esque boss. Great fight though. But I can tell others will be harder. My mate went from hard difficulty to easy to beat them lol and he is a lot better than me.


It's really annoying that i came across so many of those magical mirror gates things but after i have the key i can't seem to remember where they are all at.

If you've already visited them than they should appear on the map.

BTW for what it's worth I found the Hub World specific ones easier than the realm specific ones tbh.

Dunno why but they felt easier, I think I can do them on Hard though tbh except the Queen which might make me smash something when I replay.

I really dislike the map. It's hard to follow.

What are those gates called?

Genuinely don't remember.

I just know they were on my map when I went to attempt them.

The Midgaard Valkyries are piss easy tbh, the realm specific ones are harder, or at least I found it that way.

BTW I hope you mean you are finding those realms harder than the Valkyries Because there's no way you can find them more fun lol.

Eir (midgar summit) was one of the toughest for me. The one in Niflheim was surprisingly easy. I almost started crying when I ran into her but she went down easily, I guess it makes sense to tone her down otherwise it would just be an impossible scenario lol. Probably Eir and the one in Muspelheim were the toughest ones.

Muspelheim trials are just plain frustrating for the most part but Niflheim I'm enjoying a lot. I have 1 more realm tear there to do.

Nah I agree on the Nilflheim one, found that easy too.

As for the trials the only one which really took me multiple efforts was the 100 kill one.

The rest I did in one or two goes, as for Nilflheim itself I found that mostly tedious.

You did the no hit impossible trial in one go?

I need one more key. Did the kill the enemies in X amount of time and the regenerating ones. These impossible ones are by a long distance the toughest thing in the game so far.

Didn't even attempt it lol, you only need 3 of the 5 to unlock the final trial.

Farming to max late game gear takes too long. I'd be done with the game by now if I wasn't trying to max armor before killing the Valkyrie Queen but it takes sooooooooo long to get all the materials.

Depends what gear I suppose, Maxing out Valkyrie gear assuming you beat everyone but the Queen is pretty easy.

Where do you even find pristine scales of the realm? too many pieces of the late game sets need it
