I am mourning the loss of 1 goal margin Inter. 4-0 FFS this is unacceptable.

Next match is Napoli - Inter hmm

I haven't idea  why anyone said our depth is not good.
Even this match today says it is good  , expecially if you haven't cups. Just looking at who were the best players today ( ljajic, biabiany) or who was on bench today.
I'm falling in love for Murillo anyway , today he scored even a goal .
Another player discovered by Pozzo , I need to understand what means has him  .. although he might to regret to have sold him for 8 mln under Granada

no lol
or maybe it's time to wonder if   Benitez neutralized Napoli last year  . Looking for Real too ..

Murillo was not exactly a secret tbf

Sarri is a miracle worker to turn that terrible Napoli defense into the fortress it has been lately

Nikola Kalinic definitely the real Serie A revelation so far
Wasn't he average in Dnipro ? hmm

Never listened talking about him when he was a Liga player though.
While he was voted the best young player in Copa America.

Anyway Sarri ha surely many merits. Spot on about defence, everyone talks about gamestyle or attack, but this Napoli has a great defensive solidity.
Best Serie A team so far. We have same solidity but we can't attack at same way.
Sarri wasn't a secret too tbf

For not having any European commitments, Inter has tremendous depth. It is a completely new team personnel wise so though they have individual talent they do not know each other yet.

I'd be lying if i said i'm not envious of Inter, i've called it in the summer, they've made some shrewd signings. Sure they don't that creative player, but they can iron out results just fine. And last night, they've shown that they aren't afraid to switch it up and go on the assault.

Makes me wish we had a competent management :brickwall:

If we come away from the Camp Nou beaten 3-0 I'll take that tbh, as that'll be marginally better than we did in the Gamper Cup back in the sumer. Would certainly take a goal too for our troubles as well.

Under no illusions though. If we can't even beat a terribad Bologna side, it's going to be a rough night in Catalonia.

Napoli-Inter 0-0 2009-2010
Napoli-Inter 1-1 2010-2011

I still think we'll win the scudetto, may be a blind faith or the fan in me talking but.... I don't know I think we are the only capable team of getting most wins in a row plus with the most depth even thou we haven't showed it yet.

Yea I also think Juve is the still the best team, bu it's obviously gonna be a lot more open than what it has been in the last 3 years where Juve had no real threat aside from brief periods of overpeformances from Napoli/Roma when Juve basically won at january. This time there are multiple teams who have a legit shot to win Serie A other than Juve.

I think Napoli, Juve, Inter and Roma are very close. Fiorentina has a little less depth. It's wide open in my opinion. You have to give an edge to Inter because they have no European commitments.

While you can't compare the great treble winning Inter team that eliminated Barca with 10 men with Roma, Roma should have played with 11 like Inter played with 10 men. That was their only hope.

Well tactically Rudi was clueless and hopeless. Who tries a high line against the best attack line in the world ffs?

That said, this ended about as badly as I thought it would. Now we just need to make sure this doesn't effect our league form.

Well, you lucked out with the Bayer/Bate draw, you might just make it through. But, to progress you need an Italian manager. French managers can be brilliant but many are just crazy.
