I can't ever remember Klopp using a 4-3-3... He likes his AMs to stay a bit too high for that.

Re: What changes do you expect?
Yeah I wouldn't call Klopp's formations 4-3-3 even if AM is technically a midfielder.

3 box to box players in midfield? Yeah, nah. Still better than Brendan, though.

It's a mix of a 433/4231/451 depending if we're on the ball or not.

Re: What changes do you expect?
It turns into a 4-4-2 when defending and not on the ball.

Well, technically that's true...
Then again, a 433 could be a mix of 451/343/541/4231 depending on possession and instructions. All formations are fluid.
The point is that Klopp will almost certainly use (1 GK) 2 CBs, 2FBs that get forward regularly, 2 CMs, 3 players that will find space between the opposition midfield and defense, and 1 true striker. Whatever connections and relationships you see on a week-to-week basis will be dependent on the opposition and the need of the day.

Honestly, I'm not sure...
Sturridge would be my preference. He's every bit as lethal as Benteke (if not more so); he's more mobile; and his work-rate is higher (important for Klopp's pressing style).
That said, I can see the argument for Benteke. He may be more similar to the strikers that Klopp has used/targeted in the past (notably Barrios, Lewandowski, and Immobile). Benteke acts as the focal point that Klopp likes to have in his striker: someone that can hold up the ball, pass it off to the AMs, and then get into the box to provide the finishing touch. The only question is his pressing... He has a tendency to appear a bit indolent in his pressing style, often opting to merely cut off passing lanes rather than applying direct pressure to the back line.
As I've said in other posts, this may be decided by other personnel decisions, namely what he wants to do in the WF role. If he doesn't see Ings, Lallana, or Origi as a viable option, he may deploy Sturridge there. This would leave Benteke as the obvious choice for the #9 role.
The selection in the WF and #9 roles are honestly what fascinates me most about what Klopp will do with the squad. I think there are a myriad of possibilities that Klopp could explore over the coming months. The Tottenham match will just be the first glimpse into his plan.

Re: What changes do you expect?
I think Klopp will try/prefer Ings, Lallana or Firmino in the WF role. In my view, he will try to optimize rather than stretch Sturridge. Sturridge is not just our best marksman, he is probably only second to Aguero and it makes sense to place him in the most threatening position. Also, given his fitness/injury record, I would suppose Klopp will try to spare him from 'unnecessary' rigors.
