i haven't watched him enough to say he's "a bomb signing"

but either way this transfer seems like a odd one, the press conference yesterday said we wont be selling turan, next day we buy another midfield? after buying suarez as-well.

this seems more like a jab (a dumb one at that) at real madrid, kinda like what they did to us with danilo (another odd transfer that seemed like a jab at us)

this signing would of made more sense if we sold turan or bought gomes next summer when iniesta will probably become more like xavi in his last season with us.

More competition in midfield is good

Nobody should feel comfortable at their position cause it may be taken away by a younger wolf

RVP has been named allot as a possible forward option. Since we blew our load on Gomes, I honestly wouldn't be shocked if it happens lol

vietto might still be an option honestly, only reason he's not a sevilla player is because he's negotiating with us apparently..

Yah, remember that Verm/Montoya/Tello are still all on the squad but will be sold.

Turan is still a possibility he will get sold. And it had been rumored for months that if Gomes arrived we would deff loan out Samper to a La Liga club (Song left today to Rubin Kazan). So expect some more changes.

Over all, we are building a very nice squad this window. All key players are staying, and solid back ups are arriving that can help the first team and will possibly grow to future starters. Really great window thus far and theres still over a month left.

Sport in reporting that the deal for Gomes includes Montoya headed the other way.

i may not agree with all the signings but the guy gets sht done, and not in the last two weeks of august getting some old timers.

Wow, we are getting stuff done this season. Vietto looks exciting as well. Concerned as to how he will develop because front 3 is the place where hardly anyone gets playing time when MSN are fit.

LE has his task cut out to actually develop these players. I hope he doesn't go all yolo with his rotation like at Roma.

but in real madrid, juve, bayern, or any top club he wouldn't be a starter..
if he joins us he's basically covering the whole forward line..
one injury is all it takes for him to get constant minutes as a starter.
one suspension from msn and he'll start.

copa de rey, late substitute, international week he'll probably get minutes.

if we get vietto i easily see him playing over 15+ games next season

I say that because it's difficult to bench any of the MSN, just for rotational purposes. It depends on injury.

It's a similar case with other clubs, but more so with ours. Messi insists on playing scrub Cope matches lol

Initially at least Gomes and Turan will be nowhere near good enough to replace Rakitic. Hope he does not start worrying for what seems like no rhyme or reason to me.

i don't believe douglas will feature in our team next season even if he stays, more of a chance he goes to the B team.

munir will be loaned out the minute we get a new forward.

rakitic denied the rumors and said he's looking forward to the new season in barca.

How fans rate Munir? Very less is being talked about him, same with Rafinha.

Munir will get the same playing time he got last year. Sandro left so that leaves space open up front for Vietto and Munir to share as back up strikers/wingers when needed. Rafinha is in Brazil with Neymar getting ready for the Olympics, let's hope he doesn't get injured lol
