Keeper, and maybe a better striker? Not sure, how Arsenal fans feel but i think they can do a whole lot better than Giroud IMO.

A striker, a defensive midfielder and a GK.

My choices would be Cech, Schneiderlin, Higuain.

However we won't sign any of these unless Walcott/Szczesny/Flamini leave and even then I'm not 100% sure.

At the very least I expect some youngsters for our youth team.

It's a good question, actually. Arsenal have very few players they should definitely get rid of and they also have very good depth.

The only area that clearly needs a player is DM. Have Coquelin as 2nd-choice, release Flamini and let Arteta keep Arsene's seat warm on the team bus. Sell Podolski and Ospina/Szczesny if Cech arrives. Not sure if they should look for another CB to take Mertesacker's place?

In: Schneiderlin, Cech, a CB?
Out: GK, Podolski.

I agree with Urban on the 3 positions, not necessarily the players but none the less i think that's what they need. The rest of the positions are probably good enough to win things.

It's the same as usual, really.

A keeper better than what we have, because Szczesny hasn't progressed and Ospina isn't quite good enough.

A holding midfielder since Flamini isn't very good and Arteta is aging, so we only have Coquelin right now.

And a forward that's more mobile and a better finisher than Giroud.

So it's the usual collection of names: Cech, Schneiderlin, Krychowiak, Higuain, Lacazette, Cavani, etc etc. We're okay for the other areas in the team right now.

We have a great squad with few genuine WC players unlike snakes such as Fabregas in the past.

Agreed with most that we need 3 players to go another level up.

Cech for sure.

Any striker who is available and is an improvement on Giroud. Any DM who is genuine quality.

Not fussed on the names. We have money to buy 2 players worth 40m+ if it comes to that.

Dont Arsenal need a holder more than a Vidal kind of player ? I dont see the point of playing Vidal and Ramsey together.

I am not sure RG's appointment would serve any of the purposes highlighted by Jay.

I still maintain that I should be head of the Asian commercial/marketing department. Can rake in more moolahs to buy Benzema, De Gea and Javi Martinez.
