Shrine of Amana had a cool setting although it was kinda annoying at times lol, I really liked the boss design there though, even if it wasn't difficult.

It's really annoying due to the water and those hawkeye priestess with unreal lock on.

Not been to the boss yet. Trying to figure out how to get to the items without falling off lol

King's ring

Sad to see the king in this state though. Looks like he has gone full hollow

you can fight the King whenever but you will need all the giant souls in the game (some are hidden very well) unless you want to spend 1 hr fighting him, they lower his defense, otherwise he takes like 10hp per hit and can 1-2 shot you lol. Just an optional boss fight, but there was a trophy related to it. You only have about 1 big area and a couple of bosses left btw. But then you have some DLC I guess.

Yea Got 2.5 DLC left.

This game is like 5 times bigger than DS3 man. So many places. I realised how short DS3 was when I was doing NG+. You can beat DS3 in an hour if you want. Not possible in DS2.

Hmm there is no ring related trophy in this one. Just pyromancy and miracles.

oh, I guess I wanted the +2 ring from fighting Pursuer boss on NG++ for PvP, you still can't get those trophies without going to NG+++ though, unless they changed it for scholar

and nah, they're about the same length when you cut out optional stuff IMO, beat them both on speedruns in a similar amount of time

Think they changed it because there is no trophy which needs 3 new games. 2 are enough.

Wish RG got to play Demon Souls.

insanely outdated now and looks like shit lol, also didn't find it all that great after dark souls 1, smashed it so easily, still a decent game but it's the worst Souls game IMO. HD remaster would be cool of that and DS1 though.

Would actually buy PS4 Neo on release if they remaster DS1 on it. Not joking either.

yeah I smashed it, really decent game, unreal ripoff of Dark Souls in 2D form that they said was a 'homage' but it was really well made, I had an OP as f build though so I smashed all the bosses after halfway point. Only bad thing is the character face designs, they are ugly as f, but plenty of items to hide your face. It's about 20-25 hrs long to do it all (a lot of optional content that is easy to miss) and it's only 15 pounds.

Well the Archdragon boss was just annoying as hell, think I cheesed it in the end.  Wasn't hard as such just had an incredibly bad boss fight design.
