Re: Sami Khedira #6
this guy is much much better than Pirlo infront of the defense with him in the final instead of Ol' Dirty we would have won.
I really cant stress this enough This is a MAJOR SIGNING and once again on a free. Great planning knowledge, humility and visions beat all the money in the world of football, any day.
This will def. be one of the strongest midfields of all time in a club known for their strong mids.

Not many issues Allegri would have with Sami. Honestly a good, smart footballer. However, he is really injury prone which I find odd for a guy of his physicality but hey, what do I know. I wish him the best though.

Khedira: ‘Easy Juventus decision’
By Football Italia staff
German midfielder Sami Khedira admits ‘it was not a difficult decision’ to join Juventus.
The World Cup winner will join the Bianconeri when his Real Madrid contract expires, and after last night’s friendly with the USA, gave some thoughts on the move.
“Juve are a very ambitious team with great history,” Khedira told Sky.
“In past years they had some problems, but now they’re back to being competitive. They had an extraordinary Champions League campaign, including the final.
“They win in Italy and want to continue doing so, you can see from the outside that it’s like a big family, and I know that I’ll be welcome.
“It wasn’t a difficult decision to make.”

Re: Sami Khedira #6
Yeah, but he's a beast while representing his NT so thats good enough for me.
Unfortunately in Madrid, even GK's need to have flair and fancy skills to be considered good enough i suppose (:

Re: Sami Khedira #6
no they just need to be good when playing for us, which Khedira was not.
He respects what he does for his NT, but he was poop for us. besides, midfielders in la liga struggle if they have poor technique and play high up the pitch.

Come On Nick, Xabi left because the club intended to play Kroos in his spot. It was very obvious and Xabi did not want to be a bench player at this stage of his career.

I'm aware Casillas is shit now and has been for a while.
Don't get how that changes how great he was before
And he was pretty *bleep* great
So people should stop hating IMO

Re: Sami Khedira #6
I have mixed feelings about Khedira.
On the one hand, he has great timing, leadership and energy.
On the other, I feel he is kind of slow, and his passing range is not one of his strengths.
I love the signing, quality at a low cost and I think he will always have a place in the team.

Yeah but his heading and finishing are great. He is kinda slow in the start but later he is faster when he starts running.

That's exactly it, but I love what he does overall!
