No fullback stops Costa one on one. Not Alves, not Carvajal, and certainly not Lahm
In a few years they'll all claim they've been rating him as the best RB talent all along
But we'll know the truth
Costa is the Brazilian Jesus Navas. Any half decent RB would stop him, even past his prime Alves who usually couldn't catch Franchise's granny these days. He just hasn't faced one yet in Bundesfodder and in the CL.

Stop making yourself look like an idiot.
Costa is the most in form winger in the world right now.

I said Costa can't be stopped one v one. I didn't say he always does great things once he's past the defender.
In that vain, a bit like Navas indeed

It's insane. Lad's only 20, still has so much to learn and experience and he will only get better.

I basically just had the same expression on my face as when I had couple nights ago when Sepi talked about "The White Genocide"

Carvajal and Costa have met once and Carvagoat came out on top . No surprises really. Carva has kept more established wingers firmly in his back pocket.
Bellerin needs to improve alot if he wants recognition. He was beaten quite easily by Costa and positionally couldnt deal with diagonal balls by Bayern. I see similarities between him and Alba tbh
With regards to Costa, he needs to improve his final product. Alot of times he would get past Bellerin then Mertesacker but then give a wtf cross that evades everyone before it reaches the other side with no Bayern fullback to catch the ball. I wouldnt call him a Jesus Navas because thatd be an insult to him. More like a Robben before he evolved.

Wouldn't be surprised if he damaged his ribs today and misses the next game - which is incidentally Bayern.

Would be Coman vs Debuchy. Costa is a central midfielder now.
Get with the program.

Gets rekt in the first leg, but owns Banemar at the Camp Nou and scores the winning goal while the sun rises on a Champions League night. Afterwards he disappears from the football scene forever. Dem story Batllerin
