Varane is reportedly open to a transfer. I'd certainly be in favour of signing him, Varane, Zouma and Christensen would be an amazing trio.

Pjanic would be a great signing. I really, really rate him. Will be hoping he doesn't go to Chelsea tbh, but would be fun to see him in the EPL.

I do agree that Pjanic-Matic-Fab would be lacking defensively in the midfield, however.

I get the feeling we'll try sign Nainggolan before Pjanic with Pjanic only signing if we offload Oscar.

Tore his ACL just recently. Emanelo recently said he is positive on his future at Chelsea. Then a few days later Todd Kane reported on Twitter he tore his ACL.

Emanelo freaking cursed him.

That's really unfortunate. I just went to his twitter and he seems like a genuinely loyal blue lad and overall a great guy. I wish him the best.
But yea, him not playing the preseason this summer hinds any chances of Conte granting him a role in the next season.

On other news Hummels is allegedly leaving Dortmund at the end of the season and we are amongst the teams interested in purchasing him. How do you fancy our chances against the likes of Bayern, Barca, United to get him?

Looks like Hummels is off to Bayern, tbh. I wouldn't mind trying to get Benatia from Bayern if he does move, though.

It's a shame about Kane, but I don't know if he was ever going to be good enough for us.
