According to some rubbish sources (but sources nevertheless) Chelsea and Juve have opened talks over a permanent move for Cuadrado, Juve want to pay 20m + 3m in bonus's, Chelsea want 25m all up. (all figures in Euros).

I don't think it'll take too long to wrap up, if true.
