I think Tom is right about 5-2-1-2. It did get us to D1, but it doesn't work in D1. We been relegated 3 times using that.

I think we should go back to 4-2-3-1?

I don't mind going any, but there's no point if I'm playing one way and everyone else is playing another. It won't work properly.

You might think 'oh, he's just passing the ball around because that's what he does'. No, I'm doing it because that's how I usually play and it works for me in every other game mode.

Just a few things for when I'm any:

1. Retain possession and be patient. Just pass the ball with 1-2 touches or ideally a first time pass to the closest player. Keep it simple, pass backwards if there's nothing on.

2. In the final third, either cross, 1-2, shoot or simple x pass. No dribbling for 20 seconds, then losing the ball. Not saying no dribbling at all, but only when there's a good opportunity. Right now a lot of people try and Messi their way through 6-7 players and end up losing the ball. The whole point is to create chances through possession. Need to stop conceding counter attacks and also want to avoid an end to end game.

3. When someone else has the ball, support him. A lot of people tend to run away for whatever reason and leave the ball carrier stranded. The idea is to build attacks through short passes.
