I just watched some highlights from Real Madrid this season and holy crap they've been scoring left right and center! Hope we don't draw them in the CL

Arsene Wenger concedes Premier League title is Chelsea's to lose after seeing his Arsenal side beaten again:
Arsene Wenger appears to have given up on the Premier League title after watching Arsenal lose again from a winning position
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/arsenal/11220166/Arsene-Wenger-concedes-Premier-League-title-is-Chelseas-to-lose-after-seeing-his-Arsenal-side-beaten-again.html

"Look at the season and Chelsea are on course for 105 points."

"Look at the number of points they have today and if they keep that up nobody will touch them, that's for sure. It doesn't look like anybody is capable of challenging them at the moment."

Wow. Throwing up the white flag in the second week of November. That's a record even by Big Bird's standards.

Not yet, it's too soon.

I am quite confident, though.

Completely honestly? I'm feeling that little bit more confident now than I was on Saturday morning now that the gap's gone from 6 to 8. Just as I felt that little bit more confident at the end of the weekend before last than I was at the beginning of it, when the gap went from 5 to 6. But as I alluded to in the "Chelsea will walk the league" thread in the general section or whatever it's called, it'll take another set or two of dropped points on City's part to make me personally feel really confident. If the gap got to, say, 12 points, then I'd honestly be feeling like we've one hand on the trophy, as I just could not ever see Mourinho losing 4 more matches than City from that day on.

I do find it amusing that everyone is talking about us going undefeated and winning the title already, yet Chelsea fans don't seemed to be.

If you could choose one player from our rivals right now who would that be?

Arsenal: Sanchez, he would be an upgrade over Willian/Schurrle/Oscar
City: Yaya because I'm not sure how Aguero and Costa would co-exist
United: Di Maria, easy
Liverpool: Sturridge, my favourite player in the dark AVB days Proud
Tottenham: Uh, I guess that Duffy kid that scored in their opening game looks promising. Not much to choose anyway

Sanchez, that is it. Di Maria is poor on the RW so we have no need for him.

So another defeat and 3 goals shipped by Brendan ‘coaching defending is easy’ Rodgers' men.

Gap between Liverpool and the top of the table — 18 points

I was originally going to watch the game because I felt Liverpool would lose, decided to watch the F1 instead.

Oh well, one less team for us to worry about.
