good signing. now we need a cb. and and even before that first and foremost thing the club should focus on is that we have to reach an agreement with young and fletcher for mutual termination of their contracts. the longer these two scrubs stay more and more shittier our team will look. its as simple as that.

Blind is great, started out as LB but I believe De Boer converted him to midfield, not unlike Lahm. Is young and can still improve, more importantly, is a Van Gaal guy so you know he'll see minutes.

Now we just need to get rid of Cleverley Welbeck Hernandez and Fletcher and this has been a great transfer window

^ need another center back as well before we can say that. someone with impressive leadership attributes. What we lack there in that defense is a proper leader who can shout and control the back 3 or 4 whatever it is. Vidic!! We already miss him 
and I think we dont need anyone supreme and marquee there either. Someone like a Vlaar will fit perfectly. Evans is ... well i dont know. right now he is kinda shite.

He actually took a shot today, when was the last time we saw Cleverley/Carrick even shoot. Solid debut, only QPR, but can only beat what's in front of you and he did that today.

Had a decent game today, but as much as a diamond is used to help us get 2 strikers and a #10 in, it also puts two box-2-box players next to him which makes his lack of mobility less of a problem. Wasn't at fault today anyway, scored a good goal too.

Has been our best signing imo. Love the player.
I usually re-watch all our games to reassess performances without the cloud of uncertainty and nerves, and he always stands out for me. He does the simple things so effectively, the measured passes, filling in at the back when one our defenders is out of position, always providing an outlet for our wide players and he handles his defensive duties well.
I thought he was great yesterday.

I like him, he's won me over, but I don't think you can take out Herrera to bring in more physicality because your DM is not very strong. It's an area I still think we'll have to eventually upgrade on, but he's definitely not a liability and very consistent, you always know what you'll get and a really smart player too.
