Re: Champions League: Group Stage Draw discussion
Hazard should hand Costa penalty taking duties for the CL group stages. Diego should be getting at least 6/7 goals. Would have predicted more but can't see him starting every match.

Re: Champions League: Group Stage Draw discussion
I was going to bit higher about Roma getting the group of death in what has become a tradition for serie a teams, but honestly they have no one to blame but themselves. That's what they get for not taking the EL seriously over these past years.

Lazio comes to mind that didn't take El seriously to get to EL again, no one takes the competition with low prize seriously. iTs the truth

Re: Champions League: Group Stage Draw discussion
City's Pot four history. Napoli (11/12), Dortmund (12/13), plzen (13/14), Roma (14/15)
Strongest Pot 4 team almost every year
at least should have given us Monaco or some other east European scrub

Re: Champions League: Group Stage Draw discussion
Perfect group for us It could've been much much worse.
Think we can top this group is we get something at the Bernabeu.
Basel and Ludogorets are manageable. I'm glad if we have to travel to eastern Europe it's Bulgaria instead of Russia or Ukraine.
And then pretty nice tie with Basel. Switzerland has nice venues to play in and it should be nice vacation trip for our players. Rwo actually thinks Basel will like playing us.

Re: Champions League: Group Stage Draw discussion
I'm gonna rephrase my statement above.
We've faced Madrid 3 times in European Cup history. And we've beat them 3 times
Walk in the park this group imo
