Hans: There *are* TV restrictions - have been for a while. German TV want Bayern and Dortmund apart, Spanish TV want to have Barca and Real apart. I'm sure English TV have their ideas too.

Because there has to be equal number of english sides in each side of the draw (red / blue) and as two sides were already in blue (e, f, g, h) ... and another english team in D... we had to be in A B or C
