I had it at one point but I reckon it's way too attack heavy, all it takes is for one of them to start lagging behind and you're done.

Go on manage team, click the yellow icon beneath an on field player, chose a bench player to swap with

It then changes it for you, max 3 strikers 5 midfielders 1 GK obviously.

Formation changes itself when you sub out a striker for a defender or a mid. Vice versa
