Re: Álvaro Morata
according to Bozzo in his interview for Tuttosport, even if RM decide to sign him after the first two years, Morata will be the one who'll have the final say in this matter.

Morata close to return from injury
Alvaro Morata is closing in on a return from injury, but the player and his Coach are at odds over when to come back.
The Spanish youngster arrived at Juventus this summer, but almost immediately injured his knee in a training session.
The striker posted a message on Twitter this morning however, insisting that he was close to coming back to full fitness.
“Another day working is another day closer to a return,” he said on the social network.
Reports in several media outlets today claim that the former Real Madrid man is confident he will be ready for the game against Chievo on August 30.
However, Massimiliano Allegri doesn’t want to risk a relapse, and will insist that Morata rests until after the international break, and comes back for the match with Udinese on September 14.

Re: Álvaro Morata
No he wasn't picked for the match, but I think he should be back for the game against Udinese. I just hope he gets a chance to play at least 10 minutes that game. I have a feeling he might be good signing hopefully.

Np, I saw the squad list, I think it consisted of 22 men. I noticed Pirlo and Morata weren't on the team though.

Re: Álvaro Morata
Morata: 'I'm only 80 per cent fit'
By Football Italia staff
Alvaro Morata discussed how he is settling down at Juventus in a Twitter Q&A, warning he is only “80 per cent fit.”
The striker arrived in a complex two-year deal from Real Madrid with both clubs holding particular buy-back clauses.
He was injured in his first training session, but has made several substitute appearances and is waiting for his first goal.
“It’s a fantastic feeling to play for Juventus. I love it!” he wrote on the official Juventus Twitter feed.
“Serie A is very difficult and competitive. There are many strong teams who can fight for the Scudetto. Before coming here I knew Juve were the biggest team in Italy and one of Europe’s finest. Now I’ve seen it with my own eyes!
“The Juventus Stadium is a wonderful and modern arena with a fiery atmosphere. I’m not yet 100 per cent fit, probably around 80, but hope to get back to peak fitness as soon as possible.
“Here we focus on running and tactics. In Spain there’s more technique involved in training. Allegri is a fine Coach and likes to stay close to the players. He always makes his voice heard and his sessions are intense.”
Morata said the player from Juventus history who he liked the most was Zlatan Ibrahimovic. “His technique and power impress me.
“Many have said I resemble Morientes and it’s a great honour for me, he was a real world class player and winner. My boyhood idol was Raul.
“I do not have any goal targets this season. My main aim is to win as much as possible, that’s what counts.”
Morata also sang the Juventus club anthem, revealed Fernando Llorente drives him to training and is a “decent, cautious driver,” while the funniest team-mate is Kwadwo Asamoah.
“He makes us laugh with his impressions in the dressing room!”

I wouldn't have expected Asamoah to be the funniest lol.

I really hope Madrid don't buy him back, I really like Morata. Does anyone know if he can make the decision to stay if he wants to?

Re: Álvaro Morata
I always thought that Morata is a great talent and he would come good. He already showed signs that he can be no1 choice. It's good that Juve trusts youth players and give them chance, would be nice if he becomes number one with tevez. Llorente had his chances but think that morata is a better choice.

Did we appeal his ban? If not, are we looking to appeal it?

nope we are not... that will give Coman a chance but I feel like Giovinco will play after having a good game for Italy

We're not appealing it. Why not? I find that quite weird.

Re: Álvaro Morata
The raging anti-juve crap that's circulating once again after the Roma game would be doubled if we won an appeal even if it's completely reasonable
Hell if we won the appeal the reffs might bottle it in future games for the forseeable future and be somewhat bias against us.
