Covered most of the likely players without going over the poll limit, of cos the 'others' would include a lot possible players and probably a popular choice too, pls name your player if you choose this.

I voted for Messi, I just think Argentina has a chance and at this age he has to perform at this WC and hopefully his teammates will help him and that he regains his form in the WC and back to himself I hope to god  :bow:

Yes this has got to be Messi's tournament but he can be the play maker not necessarily scoring that many goals. That's why I am going for Higuain to be at the right place at the right time and score ... even in big matches (a little optimistic but so be it)

Higuain was feeding on all the creativity from Messi last WC, but still only managed 3 or 4 goals I think? He doesnt seem to be as good as his Real days so Im not too confident about him for this WC. I imagine Palacio and Lavezzi will also get chances too so.

Suarez leading the poll atm. Neymar also on fire so hes rightly in there.

I hope it wont be one of the 'others' though Smile

Yeah 3 or 4 goals from 5 games is rubbish. A good player should be at least scoring a hattrick every game

Diego Costa and Neymar are my first choices while Reus is my wildcard - he's been in ridiculous form in the second half of the season so if he translates that form in the World Cup and Germany go far in the tournament I think he has a good chance of being top scorer.

Messi NT flop is a thing of the past. And this current Argentina team is not managed by tactically clueless Maradona, Im sure we will see a very different team compared with the last WC.
