Ned never got strangled by someone, but his brother Brandon Stark did when he went to Kings Landing to face Rhaegar Targaryen for abducting his sister.

As M99 said, it seems they cut that scene, which I would really like to see atleast as one of the deleted scenes.

Well after avoiding this show for so long I finally watched it.All 4 seasons in like a week...Ran out of episodes.

I prefer to watch a show when it finishes and then watch a whole season like a day long movie with sequels for tomorrow,and day after that,and after again... Laughing

Now I have to wait for who knows how long Mad

*bleep* medieval soap operas,so addictive.

It's a great strategy if you can avoid spoilers. It's so much easier to remember the thousands of different characters and storylines when you're watching it all at once.

But it's very risky with GoT.

Was it ever CONFIRMED who REALLY tried to murder Bran in his bedroom back in Winterfell? I remember Jaime saying to Catelyn he did it but he was in chains, getting tortured... he could've said that out of spite. Was this another Littlefinger misleading trick, making the Starks believe it was the Lannisters work? The more obvious option, Cersei who simply wanted him dead? Or was it someone else?

I read something on ASoS but I'm still not sure...

They haven't confirmed it who did it in the show. And I don't think they ever will. One of those forgotten things I think. Because it was revealed before Tyrion's trial in the books. They neglected it somehow.

Not anymore nope. That's why they won't mention it. It was kinda important in the books but they didn't bring that very mini-arc in the Show because of time issues and whatnot.
