If the treble is achieved Laporta won't win IMO. The socis are conservative. Mood swings very quickly in football. Zubi will be the scapegoat and that's it. Even during the shitstorm in winter Bartomeu had some 20 % votes or something like that and was only behind Laporta with 40 something % according to polls.

Is Laporta even running officially? When's the election, this summer?

Not to mention a lot of the youth coaches leaving because of the management. Barca has no identity atm. Pimped themselves to quatar as well. Tbh Lucho needs to stay.

Bartomeu doesn't even like football lol. He's always been more involved into the Basketball branch of the club. He was also head of that section during Laporta's reign. It would be incredibly stupid if he gets elected again. He's no president.

Bartomeu was (and still is) just a muppet. Him being the president is a big misunderstanding.

He wasn't elected in the first place and certainly won't be elected now.

I think the only reason why Luis Enrique's future could be in doubt is the upcoming election.

Does anyone have any idea who helped resolve the issues between Messi and Enrique mid season? That person(s) deserves to be garlanded. Without that none of all this would have been possible.

Nobody solved the problem. Messi scored hat trick next week and dribbled like Maradona and Garrincha combined together, received huge applauds by crowd. He became happy and forgot about incident. Then team started winning and every enemy became friends after that

I feel like he figured out his best 11 (which was a problem for him earlier in the season) and the roles for everyone and then it took off. Didnt get in the way of the front 3, let them play, move and combine and found a good enough defensive solution to sustain the 3.

I dont think he would leave unless told to first. And I dont think Laporta would tell him to leave yet either. I know he didnt choose the guy, but he just won the treble..I think Laporta will have common sense.

Plus I truly believe Pep isnt leaving this year and if he did (next year) I truly believe it wouldnt be to come to Barca.

I think he saw the "mistake" of Van Gaal, coming back a second time. And I think it would be a mistake to come back, at the very least not untill the team is totally different and he is working with a completely different set of players.
