Leaked transfer deal documents

We were in the process of signing this Bruma guy from Galatasaray before he got injured.

Anyway some documents relating to the deal have been leaked.

I found it quite interesting as it gives a bit of a insight into how clubs communicate with each other and how transfers work.

Looks like a pretty basic legal document... I find it interesting that the loan fee is inclusive of the salary; any reporting on a loan fee would have to subtract the relevant wages from that number to get the relevant info. It's an interesting way to approach the math (especially because it causes risk for something to slip through unnoticed, for either side) - I would've expected the lawyers would've preferred to account for a "Loan Fee" and wages separately.
