Been really busy between work, research, holidays and personal life. I have seen no games in 2 months either - since before the Liverpool mauling actually. Can't say I 'm not glad though, my heart, soul, psyche and mind are thankful for the lack of annual 4th place trophy roller coaster. Razz

Will try and be a bit more regular, now that the dust seems to be settling ever so slightly. Thumbs up

Arsenal will host AS Monaco, Benfica and Valencia in this summer's Emirates Cup. They'll be playing Benfica on August 2nd and Monaco on August 3rd.

Club announces parade from Emirates to Islington Town Hall and back on May 18, 2014 IF we win FA Cup at Wembley.

Last parade was 10 years back, after 2004 Invincibles double.

We were supposed to comfortably beat Birmingham as well in 2011 in that cup final.

I'm with you. Not taking any situation regarding that match lightly until that final whistle is blown.

Ramsey on Arsenal tactics.

It is too late for Wenger to change after 30 years playing one way imo, we will have same problems next year.

Wenger said, “The system of the team is to adapt to the quality of the players because we have so many offensive players. We just play to our strengths and it doesn’t always work unfortunately.

“You have to go for a style and sometimes punctually you can change your style.

“The regret is that defensively we have not been strong enough in these games (against the top three).

“A style is a long-term plan. On the short term you can always change of course because it is all dictated by the confidence of the team and the confidence of the team is dictated by the results.

“You cannot swim against the stream, and sometimes the team needs to be reassured by being a bit less ambitious, a bit less offensive then you have to go for it because it is part of a re-assurance process.”
