Barcelona given up on Handanovic

Barcelona already have the number one choice to replace Victor Valdes next season and his name is Marc Andre Ter-Stegen, Borussia Monchengladbach goalkeeper. According to Sport, the Spanish giant is looking to find an agreement with the young German keeper in order to avoid competition from other clubs. In short, Barca have given up on Samir Handanovic and have chosen Ter Stegen.

anyway to be fair I am not satisfied about his performance this year, he is far to be the Great GK of last year

Yeah,Handa is far from his old self...Last season he looked like Clint Eastwood with GK gloves,composed and calculated,and above all,brilliant.I don't know where his confidence went.Probably when he was being let down by our shitty defense over and over again...

I am more than down just like the next guy to complain about some of the useless management and junk players we have, but I refuse to complain about Handanovic.

Our team may not be at its best, but we are Inter supporters, which doesn't mean we simply watch our team, it also implies we support our team. Handanovic is undoubtedly one of the best in the world in his position, so at the very least you should support him.

He's still a monster.

5th in a row? Well, I can't remember anybody else atm, so this may well be the record for now.

There was Steaua Buchurest's Helmuth Duckadam who saved 4 penalties in a row in a penalty shoot-out against Barcelona in 1986.

Oh, and of course Bayer Leverkusen's Bernd Leno who saved 4 in-play penalties in a row between 10 Sep 2013 and 12 Feb 2014. As a matter of fact, he saved 6 of 7 penalties between 10 Sep 2013 and 8 Mar 2014, but Zlatan ruined the full series when he scored his penalty for PSG on 18 Feb 2013.
