He has 17 in 57 games....there must be something seriously wrong if he's top scorer

He's worth the 11 mil that it's going to end up costing... no doubt about that. Milan refused a bid of 40+ mil from PSG for him 2 years back

I hope Pato can get back in european football as soon as possible and Arsenal is easily one of the best destinations he could have hoped for. I would be very happy for him if he joins Arsenal tbh.  

Anyway , even today after all his injuries and whatnot , personally i would still have him back in Milan with open arms tbh . He had even promised to return in the future , but i don't think that's possible as of now .

It was just a personal promise Pato made to B & G . We are surplass to requirements right now though and before anything , Balotelli is playing in his preffered position atm in time and he will continue to do so , at least for the foreseeable future. Pato wants to play CF as you know . So IFF we sold at least 3 players and IFF we could find a solution between the two and IFF we met Corinthian's asking price , we could easily be first option

Tbh though , assuming Pato was to return , i would play him CF , with Balotelli on his left and El Shaarawy on his right . With Kaka behind them all in 4-2-1-3 that would be completed by De Jong and Montolivo in midfield. That leaves out Honda and Poli though.

It's safe to say after all this that Milan has 0% chance being Pato's next team even if we had/have first option , unless extremely weird things happen in January. He also said some things about the Milan lab which didn't go unnoticed. Anyway , imo he should be better of in England , where he mostly needs to show his talent before tactics and whatnot . Not to mention , competition is much simpler there and on top of that , in his preffered position. He only has Giroud for competition really and that means he will be eased into things and he will also play frequently. Should happen if Arsenal are indeed interested.

In the past year we have been singing promising rejects (Sturrdige, Coutinho, Sakho) so wouldn't surprise me if we did have an eye for him. But it seems way too good to be true.
