Chelsea set to offer Fernando Torres in new transfer offer for Diego Costa this summer:
According to reports in Spain, Chelsea failed with a late bid for the Rojiblancos frontman on January’s transfer deadline day, and the club are ready to include Fernando Torres in a new offer for the striker in the summer and are putting together a bid consisting of £20million + the former Atletico captain and supporter who left the club for England in 2007

Also, Torres lacks an attacking presence, I'd prefer Lukaku over him for that reason alone.

Fernando Torres says José Mourinho hasn't explained his exile at Chelsea:
Chelsea striker Fernando Torres has revealed that Jose Mourinho has not given him any explanation about his exclusion from the Blues line-up
http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/torres-reveals-mourinho-hasnt-explained-his-exile-chelsea-1437834
Ooooh, ooooh, ooooh – I have a theory
It's a wild one, so bear with me. It may have something to do with the fact that.....you're horseshit.
Kind of out there I know, but just a shot-in-the-dark suggestion.

Asked in an interview with Spanish newspaper Marca if Mourinho has given any explanation, Torres said: "None at all. You just get used to it and try to respect his decisions."

Re: Torres – Boyhood club return or boyhood club ruin?
It's strange that Torres got injured so much this season. Last season he played almost every game for 90 mins, and no injury except for the broken nose turned mask of Torres thing

Costa is better than Torres yes, but I wouldn't want him to be the only answer to our striking problem. Still not quite sure about him.

I'd take Giroud for Torres.
Getting rid of Torres for almost anyone would be amazing.

I'm not saying I wouldn't take him. But if the biggest signing we made for CF this summer was him, would you be confident going into next season?
