Re: NBA 2K14
Been playing this again recently but this time GM Mode with Pelicans.
It's quite fun because there's a lot of assets which people are interested in.
So far the trades I have made: Tyreke Evans and Austin Rivers for Rudy Gay, Eric Gordon and 2015 1st rounder for Monta Ellis and Jose Calderon, Ryan Anderson and Brian Roberts for Boris Diaw and Marco Bellinelli, Boris Diaw and 2014 1st rounder for Samuel Dalembert and a 2015 first rounder.
So basically I have: PG: Holiday SG: Monta Ellis SF: Gay PF: Davis C: Dalembert
With Calderon, Aminu, Bellinelli, Morrow and Smith coming off the bench.
My thought process on trading Diaw straight away was basically because I didn't like Davis at the 5 so wanted a serviceable centre.
In the one game I did try it, I had Diaw,Morrow, Bellinelli and Calderon coming off the bench. The 3s were raining down
So I lost a little bit of offense with the trade but felt it was necessary, as for the other moves only really Davis is off limits.
Gay will most likely be traded at some point depending on what I can get for him. Holiday I would trade if the offer was good enough, for example Boston offered Rondo for him which I nearly bite on but gonna wait on it maybe I go back again depending how this lineup flows.
Same goes with Ellis, but I'm pretty happy so far.

Glad they are bringing back customizable Association mode.
new injury system:
Sounds cool.
every game with Derrick Rose is going to have me like
also will have to test it out on Greg Oden

new injury system:
This question allows me to introduce one of many new features that we’ve created for NBA 2K15. Injuries have been completely re-written for NBA 2K15; internally we like to call the new system ‘Injuries 2.0’. Historically, players in our game had a single Durability rating that would define how likely they were to get injured. When a player then got injured, a body part would randomly get chosen. Not great.
With ‘Injuries 2.0’, every player has a unique durability rating for 16 different body parts (think left foot, right foot, left ankle, right ankle, etc.). This level of control allows us to pick a player like Russell Westbrook and say that he has a right knee with a significantly higher chance of getting injured than his left knee, or any other body part for that issue. In short, player injuries are going to be a lot more relevant, and a lot less random.
Sounds cool.

Yeah I read about that the other day, sounds ridiculously in depth.
