Conte insists : Lichtsteiner is the right central defender, Isla is the RWB

"La Gazzetta dello Sport," stresses Conte, in view of the Super Cup, is insisting to deploy Lichtsteiner in the role of the right central defense, leaving Isla to outside. Probably - reports sent to the Palo Alto, Giovan Battista Olivero, this is only a temporary solution, but the experiment concerning the Swiss began in Italy and continues in America.

It should be an interesting experiment to watch. If it's successful, Conte will have to bench either Barzagli or Bonucci.

he is just testing lich to see if he can be an adept cover at cb nothing more....

Interesting move...I highly doubt that we will deploy stephan in that position permanently
