Higuain to Napoli is Done

He's had plenty of time for RM. Like I said he's started in 30 CL games. That's more starts than plenty of strikers will ever have in the CL

Let me put it this way, in 3 seasons time if Higuain actually starts to score for fun as well as impress in Europe i'll gladly rate him in the top tier of strikers

But rating people on potential which hasn't been fulfilled is just wrong.

I don't see a 19 year old kid tipped to be 'the next Messi' and automatically put him above strikers who have actually performed at the top level.

Potential is... well it's just that. Potential. When rating players of what they've done SO FAR, it doesn't really come into play.

Higuain is a lot more than just potential. Let's not underrate him either. His efficiency is fantastic. In the last 5 years, excluding the one he was injured, he scored:

17, 26, 29 and 23 goals. He's only 25 too. He's already a top CF.

Yeah I agree

top talent, very good player. And he's high up in my 2nd tier.

The 1st tier has the truely elite players such as Messi, Ibra, Cavani, Falcao etc.

Not Ronaldo because despite having 4million shots he is still technically a left winger. And he's at the top tier of wide forwards/midfielders.

Come on guys, Higuain is better than Vucinic. It doesn't mean Vucinic is an awful player to say that, Higuain is just superior (although they're different).

Higuain just hasn't put in the performances to warrant being completely above & beyond Vucinic.

But he is better I agree.

Simply put, Higuain has displayed a more consistent career than Vucinic along with the higher potential within the striker echelon.

Vucinic overall is a more dynamic and complete player, yet his fiery & volatile mentality has resulted what is a very talented SS, to go on bouts of inconsistency and not living up to to the expectations given his ability standard. Inconsistency, despite Vuci's impressive career, is what is used to describe his career despite his INCREDIBLY clutch prowess, footballing IQ and what he produces, yet he needs to produce it more often.

Gonzalo has more time on him and therefore is likely to reach a higher ceiling.

Pipita the better CF, yet Vuci is a different player altogether.

It's less of a direct comparison and more of a comparison about abilities. Somebody said that Higuain was too good to even be compared to Vucinic, and I've responded by agreeing that Higuain is the better player, but not to the degree where he's lightyears ahead of Vucinic. Which is simply not true.

Arsenal or staying at Real Madrid. All this reports of Higuain to Napoli have as much credibility as his medicals in Arsenal and Juventus.
